“I cannot recommend the team at this ProMedica Laboratories site highly enough! If you are looking for medical professionals who are not only efficient but genuinely have your back, this is the place to go.
I first visited a week ago for blood work, and I was blown away by their attention to detail. Instead of just rushing me through the process, the staff caught a crucial scheduling error regarding my insurance. They noticed that one specific test wouldn't be approved for another week.
Rather than letting me proceed which would have resulted in a denied claim and an unnecessary out-of-pocket expense, they took the time to explain the situation. They saved me a significant amount of money and the headache of a billing dispute by advising me to wait just a few days.
I returned today to complete the labs, and I was thrilled to see the same two individuals working. They were incredibly kind and professional. I was in and out in a matter of minutes the blood draw was quick and painless, they turn what is usually a clinical, stressful chore into a pleasant experience.
It is rare to find healthcare staff who balance high-level efficiency with such proactive care for a patient’s wallet and well-being. These two individuals are absolute assets to ProMedica. 10/10—amazing service!”

“Been here a few times for pre employment screenings. The folks are always quick, friendly, and easy. I walked in around 3:20 p.m. on a weekday, expecting it to be busy, but was out by 3:45 p.m.
Gayle, the receptionist, was helpful and kind, as was the woman who did my fingerprints (I didn't catch her name though). They let me print the forms from my employer on site rather than stopping at a library--probably saved me 30 minutes!”

“Came down to get my labs done after an appointment. Signed the sheet and pressed the button. Maybe 2 minutes later I was called back to do my labs. They gathered the needed information, drew the labs and sent me on my way. Took maybe 10 minutes tops. Very sweet lady. I forgot my water bottle and she actually ran out of the building to bring it back to me (pretty cold weather). As someone who gets very nervous around needles, this experience was great, and my lab tech just made it better.”

“I've been using Quest Diagnostics lab services for the last couple of years and find it to be efficient, well located (inside the Holland Walmart) and with good staff who are both personable and competent. In addition, their online app is easy to use for both purchasing labs and getting the results straight to your computer or phone. In fact, I get my results as quickly or even faster than I do with other healthcare providers in the area.”

“Saturday hours!!! Don't be fooled by the look of the building and the sign saying for lease. There is a lab. They are quick and efficient my blood draw was painless. And for everyone who works Monday through Friday, they are open 8-12:30 on Saturday!”
