Apparently he failed a personality test, and was fired. The new postmaster is friendly, but it's just not the same.”

“Went to this PO to get postage for 120 booklets. Both ladies behind the counter, Michelle and Donna were pleasant and helpful. After purchasing the postage we began putting the postage on the booklets. At this time the PO was not very busy so Michelle came out to putting the postage on the booklets. I know the PO gets hammered a lot but on this day these two ladies were outstanding.”
