“Best prices in town!! Very friendly owners. All you gotta do is give them a call and they'll accommodate any of your needs. It's very well lit at night, with a coded gate entrance and security cameras. I love that they have indoor and outdoor storage at very low rates. Just good luck getting a spot or unit because they're pretty full, most of the time.”
“Used Crossroads for two months to store some of my stuff while I moved. Pro's: - Very courteous and easy to work with. - Never had any problems with my unit or my belongings. - Gate and my entry pass-code worked every time. - My belongings stayed dry and safe. - Plenty of room to maneuver my 12' trailer and pick-up truck. - Great value for the price. - Very clean and tall unit. I could stack light rubbermaid totes and ice chests 12' high. - They always answered the phone or called me back promptly if I left a voicemail. Con's: - They sell you a $12 lock for $20 when you sign up. Buy / bring your own. - Even though I had -0- issues, the security seems lacking. - When I had to unload the unit on a rainy day, the lack of rain gutters on the buildings causes rain to pour down over the unit entrance. I got soaked! - Got charged for an extra month after I was out, and only caught it because I have text-alerts setup on my credit card account. But they said they'd refund me. - No one is there on site. If you need to meet with someone, it would take 30-45 minutes. All in all, I had a 'Very Good' experience. I would use them again for storing miscellaneous stuff, but perhaps not high-value items.”

“Actually never knew it was there, part of a 6 + company hub that includes Mulch World and others. Unit prices are by far the best in the area, month to month rent contract, so no long term up front agreement, 24 hour code access. Everything you want, at a price you thought was not possible, but here it is.”

“This places opens at 7 but the workers who load you don't arrive until about 7:45-8 AM. This is a FCFS place so keep that in mind. Arrived exactly at 7am and my appt. wasn't until later by 9am another driver and I were out. Plenty of parking by the shipper, professional staff, just a lil' unorganize due to multiple buildings but their loading time was technically in less than. Loaded me my whole 53'. Loaded you heavy but if you know what you're doing with your weight distribution you won't have an issue. Idk why it has bad reviews.”
