“The manager, Cindy is very cordial and knows how the facility operates and functions. She knows the layout of the lot and made suggestions about locations that would be best suited for my needs.
The facility is located in an area that appears to me to be quiet, fairly secluded, and hopefully secure. The access is convenient and easily navigable.
I think I am going to be comfortable with the space that I chose.”

“This company was great. From the initial call to schedule to the final move. Updates were given regularly by Lori, and she nerve lost her patience with me when I had to add items multiple times, and addresses for various drop offs. The gentlemen showed up on time, wrapped everything properly, and took extra care of my mom's belongings (moved my mom into assisted living). They were kind, respectful, and hard working. Would definitely use this company again....especially if I could have this crew.”

“I am a new customer, but based on my experience so far I highly recommend. I needed something on a rush and Mike was able to accommodate us. The storage unit was very clean. The customer service was excellent. He even told me upfront that the spot he had available was facing the south sun so it would heat up in case that was a problem. Also mentioned the unit was open waiting for the door to be serviced before he rented it out. However we needed in the same day so that wasn’t an issue for our needs. I just appreciate his honesty and he told us that before we went out. Since we didn’t need in and out of it for awhile it was fine. The prices are good and the service is excellent. Thank you”

“Update - Lightning Lockers made it right! It took a few more months, but Lightning Lockers fulfilled the promise to replace the lockers. They did a better job of wrapping and packing the lockers and they were delivered in pristine condition. The lockers were delivered again by Roadrunner freight which I suppose they had no choice but to use again because they Roadrunner was responsible for the damage. The driver was again petty and would only drop the lockers on the driveway and would not move them an additional 8 feet or so into the garage and I was home alone. I do recommend Lightning Lockers and I hope they work with a different freight company for their own benefit in the future. New pics at the bottom.Past Review:After waiting 5 months and 7 days (I knew it would be a long wait and accepted it), this is what was on the truck. I refused delivery and the driver (Roadrunner Freight) was annoyed. I can't say Lightning lockers was to blame for the damage, however, based on the lack of packing on the lockers, it seems very likely it will be impossible to get like new lockers delivered under any circumstance. I will update this review and happily provide 5 Stars if I can get them replaced, properly packed, and without damage in another 5 months.”

“One Stop Storage has been a great experience for us. We moved downtown and the space is very convent. The space is clean, heated with very easy access. The rental process was very easy online. We are waiting for our home to be built so we will be there for a bit and we have no concerns that our furniture will suffer any damage. Happy ?”

Different options based on your personal needs, Pricing is competitive and relatively good compared to other places in the area as well. Staff was friendly, professional and listned to my needs based on spacong and was able to recommend unit size options based on the things I planned to store. Good overall experience, would defintely recommend.”

The manager Zack at this location has been phenomenal with helping me when I got behind then caught up on my account as well as made moving out of my unit recently a lot smoother than he needed to!
He was also quick to respond when there was a power outage and I needed let out of the access gate.

I highly recommend lock-it-up for your storage needs. This location ESPECIALLY!”
“The kiosk was simple and easy to use. It would be extremely helpful if you had a map that showed where my unit or parking space was. The parking units could use some cleaning and branches trimmed along fence. Lines and numbers repainted. . The website is on go daddy for sale. Hard to register and login.”

“This place was VERY unprofessional. The manager that had her 1 year old child at work with her on the job was extremely rude. She would not even ask me questions or try to see what the mix up was with her employee that was doing the paper work. They tried to act like I wanted to rent a truck for theee days for $600 and then turn around and come right back. Moving a one way truck from Michigan to West Virginia for work permently. This place needs to be checked out the manager isn’t running this place professional and is not very good with talking to customers. I hope they get someone to come and see how these people are ruining U-Haul image I will not recommend this place to anyone. SAVE your self the head ache.”
“This is hands down the best Uhaul in toledo. A few of these poor reviews are about the uhaul system, not this specific store, that's not fair. Always extremely cordial and helpful. I will continue to return to this location.”
