“On our way home from a trip, we managed to get a flat on 75. After installing the spare, we drove to a BelleTire who told us they couldn’t fit us in that day, Firestone was telling us the same thing. As if they were not so unaccommodating already… they go on to say, we cannot leave our camper in their lot while the car was getting serviced. After calling around, this Costco Tire Center managed to squeeze us in so we could get back to Michigan.
Per my experience, Costco Tire Center is hard to beat! They are reliable! Their open hours are accommodating for those unexpected tire issues that happen on a weekday after 6 or on a Sunday, and their service is outstanding! We didn’t need drop more $ to book a hotel. Which would have been our only alternative had we gone elsewhere. We got home that evening thanks to them!”
