“The ladies here just saved my life! Unfortunately I had to quickly sell a large portion of my COACH bag collection at the last minute for my dog’s eye treatment and other emergency bills. It couldn’t wait so I did what I had to do! I was shocked at their initial low offer but after talking with the manager (I cannot remember her name for the life of me, so sorry!) about the offer I had just received the day before from a different employee, she was able to work it out for me and I left with the amount I was expecting. I absolutely recommend this place if you’re in a serious crunch for money and need it fast. Otherwise, please know you will only get 1/3 of what the item is valued at so I would try selling on Depop or other platforms first.
Also, if you leave the store while they’re checking your items, you’re automatically agreeing to whatever they offer and I don’t believe you can get your items back if you decline. I had never heard of such a policy ever in my life, it’s very odd… but I just sit on the little bench and wait patiently. 😊
& They don’t have auto sliding doors or even PUSH to open doors even though people are coming in and out with baskets lol Lucky for me one of the ladies seen me coming in and held the door for me.

“I visited this store with my friend they have beautiful collection of South Asian clothes and prices are also affordable. They had jewelry like earrings, bangles and bracelets. We bought the jewelry and Pakistani Kurtas. The fabric is soft and comfortable too. The jewelry especially rings and bracelets are the best thing to gift your friends on different occasions. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

“2nd time shopping at Remo's for my teen son-for a homecoming and most recently for his senior prom. A1 service! A one-stop shop. Great variety. Of course my teen waited until the last minute (6 days before prom) to get his fit together. We were able to get jacket, shirt, pants, shoes (size 13), belt all in one stop. He will look amazing for prom! The salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And patient. Shukran !”

“I recently messed up an order for my son’s baseball team uniform. The online shop that we bought from wasn’t willing to assist in a one person re-order for us. In a panic (and with their first game a week away) I called in to Starstrukt.Three things stood out to me:1. Deane and her son were some of the nicest business owners I’ve met. Passionate about what they do and engaging to talk to.2. They not only were able to customize a 3 color jersey logo, but they got it done so fast! Deane worked off of a blurry phone pic I sent her and duplicated exactly what was needed for the Jersey. Thank you!3. I ended up buying a custom sweatshirt in the shop at checkout unrelated to the baseball jersey. The one of a kind design and style Starstrukt has is fantastic. “I have a blast here from year to year. It's always a different setup/size/shape, and this year it was a bit small... or maybe they just made it smaller as they ran out of stock? There was no dressing room this time and no full length mirrors... only a couple bust length mirrors for everyone to share. The staff was awesome at moving the line quickly!”
