“I absolutely loved my experience at this store. My sales person was Lisa and she was a breathe of fresh air. She was the complete opposite of a pushy sales person that follows you around the store. She asked what I was looking for, pointed me in the right direction, and gave me the space I needed. She also understood my need and was attentive to answering my questions (I had alot lol) she was very kind and patient. She made me feel comfortable, I felt like I was shopping with advisor, the same way it would be if you were shopping with your mom (but in a good way?) All in all I highly recommend. The manager was amazing and accommodating as well. Thank you Ashley furniture for an amazing experience. I cant wait for my new bedroom set and dining set to arrive.?”
“Georgie's is a sweet little shop in Canal Winchester. Canal itself is a lovely small town with several shops and eateries to spend an afternoon. A spacious store, much larger than the previous location, where you can find shabby style, vintage, clothing, jewelry, candles, some furniture and other decor. A great place to find gifts and a relaxing place to shop. They are only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Roomy parking lot which is a plus.”
“Brock did a great job salvaging a bad situation created by Floor & Decor policy. I received an order confirmation and went to the store to pick up over $7,000 of flooring. Brock's manager and the Floor and Decor customer support team would not allow him to release the order, even after we verified the charge on my card and with the order confirmation email. We even had the order on my truck and they made him take it off....never in my life have I been a part of such poorly crafted policy and procedures.But Brock followed up with me several times, repairing the situation and saving the deal...I was shopping elsewhere and preparing to cancel my order with F&D until Brock saved the day. Broc 5 stars. F&D zero stars.”

“Ivory Barn is an interior design company that opens certain weekends to sell retail to the public. If you are into home decor or housewares, the Ivory Barn "Market" weekends are a lot of fun. I think they do them with each season (quarterly?) and change up the merchandise each time. I attended the Spring and Fall markets this year. They do get very crowded, so be prepared for that. The market is always a great place to find gifts and they usually have some little perks like vendor samples or seasonal baked treats for purchase.”
“Our sales rep was the store manager, who was patient, professional, polite, and attentive. "Andrew" thoroughly explained the different models of beds, options, pricing, current promotions (which were identical to those found on the internet) and even available discounts. Andrew also helped us find our perfect bed, based on our sleep positions, completed the sale, and scheduled the delivery and setup appointment. We had a great experience and can't wait for our new Sleep Number bed to be delivered and setup.”

“Brace yourself--this place is huge!! They MUST have the largest selection of pots for plants, outdoor pillows, indoor pillows, ceramicware and rugs I have ever seen?! To be honest, I was a bit overwhelmed and was zigzagging the place out of any logical order and missed entire sections! Lots of unique stuff, too!! The checkout process was flawless and the cashier clearly believes in the rewards program bc she wasn't just repeating it, she nailed it!! I WILL be back!! Ample parking and nice carts, too!”
“I wasn't actually at the logistics center here. I was hauling a hazmat load so I was on the outer loop around Columbus when a coolant line blew. What highway is that ...I-270? Anyway I was on the highway near the JCPENNEY logistics center but not at. Sorry no info. On Truck entrance, etc.”
“I recently visited Burlington in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, and overall, it was a good shopping experience.
Price: The prices are fantastic! You can find great deals compared to other stores, and it feels like you’re getting value for your money.
Staff: The staff were polite and helpful. They seemed approachable and willing to assist, which made my shopping experience smooth.
Goods: While many items were impressive, I was disappointed with the selection of men’s trousers and shoes. The variety of trousers was limited, and the quality of some items didn’t meet my expectations. Similarly, the men’s shoe section felt understocked, leaving fewer choices than I had hoped for.
Overall, Burlington offers great prices and friendly staff, but I’d love to see an improvement in the range and quality of men’s fashion.”

“Laurie M is amazing! We sometimes stop by just to say hello! The delivery team today were polite, clean, professional, and quick. Mattresses are so big now, and getting them in and out in a staircase is rough, but they handled it without a complaint. Value City is our go-to for all our furniture needs. We never go anywhere else.”
