I made a wasted trip to this Kroger’s. No one could give me service in the bakery. I asked the people in the meat section for Help. They paid someone no one came. I called customer service desk. They paid someone and no one ever came. I had to leave the store and go somewhere else. Big waste of time.

This is actually my favorite Kroger to go to in the city. They always have what I need, helpful staff, clean store- and always up to date on technology, seems like they are the tester store for all the new products and equipment. The loud joyful lady at self checkout is my favorite.

I shop at the Kroger on 256 near Refugee Rd, There's a Giant Eagle right across the street and I used to shop there. The prices are about the same and so is the service. But what gives Kroger a leg up on Giant Eagle is that Kroger has a State Liquor store in their location.
