“Solid shopping experiences trip after trip. Found some great Gluten Free options on my last visit and they have a lot of it!
While they are sometimes a little short staffed at the registers, the friendly staff is always there to help.
Produce is always fresh. I found the bananas to be higher quality and taste better than other grocery shops.
The pharmacy is top notch. They have been filling medicine for my family since they opened. The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, caring and friendly.”
“Love Drug Mart and yesterday had two friendly employees which is unusual for us there so that was nice to be greeted.
However the pharmacy is another thing. The pharmacist huffing and rolling eyes at me doesn’t give me warm vibes. Very unapproachable and frustrated every time if you ask a question. You should be able to ask your pharmacists questions about the meds or pharmacy related without behind huffed at and irritated responses.
I’ve asked what OTC cold meds I could use safely with a RX that warned about certain ones but wasn’t specific and he said you’ll have to go read. Well I did and was uncertain and I even googled.
Well idk what I’m reading for therefore needed help and advice. Refused to help me. I left. I also never took that RX due to interaction risks and no help.
They rarely have our prescriptions in stock. Our last time sensitive prescription had to be ordered somewhere else because they didn’t have it. My one RX has to be ordered in every single time. Just seems odd. No help with doctors order something wrong and insurance won’t cover.
I grew up with a small town pharmacy and never these issues this is nearly everytime.

“We definitely need a Kroger fuel pump back home in Logan county in Wyoming county West Virginia. I saved almost 50 cents a gallon because we have a Krogers here and I had saved up so many Kroger points it was great for my long trip.”
“They had what I wanted. I'm older, over 70 & couldn't bring my cart in. I need it to leen on. I had the guy working there get my item for me & bring it to the register. I'm sure they don't want carts running into glass bottles on the shelves & the room isn't very big. It wasn't busy, since near closing time. I understand they can't do it for one & not others. So, I was helped & taken care of. ??”

“We have shopped at this Kroger for almost 30 years. The produce section has a wide variety of mostly fresh fruits and vegetables. Meats, seafood, and dairy also offer a wide variety of healthy selections. We take advantage of coupons, specials, and Kroger Plus Card savings. We also utilize the Kroger brand products over most nation brands finding them as good or even higher quality. The earned fuel savings off the Plus Card add to the benefits of shopping at Kroger. I have it a “hit or miss” finding friendly, knowledgeable Kroger associates when I need assistance. Some truly go above and beyond to give assistance while others clearly do not want to be bothered. But we shop here in spite of those few.”

“Love they still have self- checkout bc my toddler lives helping and because it takes less tolerance on my back then putting it all on a conveyor belt for them to check you out. Their weekly specials shelves seem to never fully be stocked w lots of empty shelves. The parking lot needs the close spaces to stop being waisted on the order snd pick up people that is ridiculous!”
