Shop was understaffed. The manager had my vehicle checked right away. When he saw it would take a few hours to get parts and complete the exhaust system work, he had a visiting manager offer me a ride home to wait. Friendly, knowledgeable, service. Clean waiting room with ample chairs and end tables.
