“I went to Tuffy needing four new tires as one of mine was losing air quickly. Their prices and service were competitive and quick. I dropped off at 5pm, and picked my car up at 5pm the next day. 10/10 service.”

“I have found my go to auto mechanic! Took our family car in to J&A for the first time, a few days ago, noting some pretty bad vibrations on the left front and rear. They were super friendly, inspected the car, fully explained what was going on and fixed my car quickly. The car rides like a dream now! Their office and shop is clean and organized and everyone I encountered offered a friendly hello.”

“⭐ Excellent Customer Service at Mr. Tire! My car alerted me that my tires needed air, and when I stopped at Mr. Tire, the gentleman assisting me discovered a nail in my tire. He was very nice, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciate his kindness and willingness to help. It’s always refreshing to receive great service when you least expect it. Thank you for taking such good care of me!”

“Shop was understaffed. The manager had my vehicle checked right away. When he saw it would take a few hours to get parts and complete the exhaust system work, he had a visiting manager offer me a ride home to wait. Friendly, knowledgeable, service. Clean waiting room with ample chairs and end tables.”

“I have been going here for many years, since 2015, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Dave and Andy are honest, reliable and trustworthy. They are very reasonably priced and I can’t recommend Spencer Automotive enough. I have all of my normal maintenance along with all other repairs done by them. Above and beyond great service and they have kept my well-loved 2009 Mini Cooper in awesome condition.”

“Took our van in to have the transmission diagnosed but unfortunately between the time we dropped it off and they were going to pull it in to check, the fuel pump went out. So, sadly the only thing we can rate them on is drop off. Which was excellent. The woman who did the intake was professional yet easy going. Knowledgeable and friendly. They do free transmission diagnostics but NOT for anything else that may happen while there. Tip: finding the place can be difficult- turn in the road that runs right next to pizza hit and continue past Napa to the very end. They are in the left.”

“Rutherford did a great job with my car after I hit a deer. It was fully repaired in 2 weeks after what I thought was fairly extensive front end damage. Between Erie insurance, enterprise rental car and Rutherford auto body, they made my experience easy and seamless during the unfortunate event.”

“My tire was completely flat and needed a patch. I had the spare tire on. They fixed the flat, put my tire back on and even put my spare back under my truck. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They also gave me a military discount.”
