“good service both times i was there but you got to know how to pack the boxes before you get in line. they really don't tell you what to do, but it was easy once you know what to do. ups packs everything for you but usps you have to pack and prepare it yourself, which you have to know how to do that.”
“I been to around 50 post offices around central Ohio. From Newark to Hilliard and everywhere in-between. I’m not kidding when I say this is the BEST post office around. From the quickness, to the friendliness and professional staff, this place is top-notch. I can’t express enough how elite this post office is. Seriously, Pataskala people, you don’t know how good you have it.

“i had a very kind lady help me. i had a scam package delivered to the wrong address (online seller used tracking number of someone else) and she made some phone calls and had them bring the package back and let me examine it and make sure it wasnt mine. (it was too small to be mine so they redelivered to they guy it really belonged to.) Above and beyond service from the lady (i didnt get her name) and a thank you to the mailman who brought the package back for me to examine. I saw this post office has a lot of bad reviews, but it’s not ALL bad. It must depend on the person, because she was great.”
