This location is not recommended. My wife and I have experienced multiple issues, trying to set up 401 transfers, withdrawing large amounts of cash when needed, simple deposits at the drive through but mostly unfriendly customer service with an arrogant attitude (Kojak). Yes, I've spoken to a corporate "service ambassador". Corporate is great, the banking app is great, but we'll not be opening any additional accounts with this financial institution.

Workers are so rude, and make you feel stupid as well as talk down to you and belittling you. None of the workers are friendly or even kind at most and they all show some degree of attitude. I have had the same experience everytime i’ve come into this bank not just the one time. don’t come here they r mean and will make u feel stupid breaks my heart everytime ???

i deposited a check that would allow me to pay off my whole credit card debit in a timely manner. they purposely hold my check for an extended time so that they can charge me another interest installment. they are lame and are in love with charging people excessive fees. oooo you are struggling with a global pandemic.... owell heres an overdraft fee. they dont care about their customers they are just in love with money.... typical fractional reserve banking for you.

I am not sure why some people get jobs and want to talk down to people brendon was screaming at me like I was his child and of course that is probably why he did not give me his name so I had to call back and ask someone his name . This kid called me a liar said US bank has never had debit cards with more than a 1000.00 and I said mine does he said he could not and you could have never bought something over a 1000.00 with our debit card he told me I could not come back in his bank like he really owns it so how can I close my accounts now without driving all over town. I guess over 15 years at a bank just makes you someone that is an inconvenience to someone that does not have all the answers I will never go back to this branch and I can not go back to the store I was at today because I have been embarrassed the last time by US Bank

Just curious... when you walk into the bank and there are 6 workers within eye shot why do i have to wait 20minutes to deposit a check.?? Is there only one employee at a time who can handle customers ? Im confused..

The bank teller today 05/14/2021 at 950am drive thru is rude. I know helps hard to find these day but your customers shouldnt have to deal with this. I will find a Different US bank from now on.

Every Tuesday they close the atm at like 9 to 11. Didn't know it was possible to put money in a machine that slowly but they do its hallucinant.
