They recently helped me avoid a very difficult situation. A male friend of my mother, who has dementia, drove her to the bank with the intent on withdrawing all money from one of her accounts. Dan called me and was able to stop the transaction, preventing the loss of thousands of dollars.

I ran in to make a withdrawal. The banker asked why the withdrawal but in hindsight I know it was to make sure I wasn't in a scam situation. He gave me guidance on where to look for a good CD rate. He was overall very helpful!!
