“I arrived at this facility at 7:00 AM.
My appointment time was scheduled for 4:30 PM, but they open at 7:30 AM, and as soon as I walked in, they accepted me right away. They gave me a backdoor at 4:00 PM, and the loading process took only 30 minutes.
I was honestly impressed with how well everything is organized here. This is a great facility:
• they treat drivers with respect,
• communication is very good,
• they value drivers’ time,
• the loads are light,
• and the waiting time is much shorter than at many other places.
I highly recommend this location. Don’t worry — they work fast, professionally, and make the whole experience easy for drivers.”
“Not the slowest but certainly not the fastest. I was able to sit in the truck while unloading. I arrived about an hour early and got right in and got a dock. It’s possible that it might factor into how fast they get to you. People arrived shortly after me and left a little before me. Could also be the guy working your dock on the inside. Or how much you have to offload. They have a bathroom which is nice. It wasn’t particular busy tho. I could see this being worse if a large lineup of trucks were trying to get in. Went decent on my day. One hour from arrival to depart”

“friendly, professional, best thing I like about it when they saw on my face I was kind of confused they took the time to explain to me what was going on and that was very helpful to me even when I ask a lot of questions they did not get an attitude they did not get upset they took their time really they really took their time to explain everything that I need to know that's why I gave them all the stars that I could give them I will go back to them and I will tell anybody before going to anyone else come to these guys first”
“I wasn't actually at the logistics center here. I was hauling a hazmat load so I was on the outer loop around Columbus when a coolant line blew. What highway is that ...I-270? Anyway I was on the highway near the JCPENNEY logistics center but not at. Sorry no info. On Truck entrance, etc.”

“Hopefully I’m spelling the name correctly but Wanda Adams is a life saver! Working as a trucker under my own business hasn’t been easy but there are some truly kind people out there that make your entire day! After picking up a load and not getting a response for over 24 hours, making 11 phone calls and getting the same “I understand, I forwarded a message” response, I reached out to my broker UberFreight and they couldn’t do anything for me. Ms.Adams was able to put herself in my shoes and make something happen. After receiving her aid, no more calls needed to be made, my load was finally received and I’m back on the road! Just wanted to write this as a HUGE thank you to her because being the middle man doesn’t mean you have a voice in this industry.”
