“We were on our way back from a wrestling tournament in Jackson. One of my wrestlers really need to do to use the bathroom really bad. We stopped at the first stop before Tom’s and they wouldn’t let us use the bathroom. I called Tom on her way there and ask him if he had a public restroom. He said yes. Thanks, Tom. I’ll always go to Tom’s when I’m out that way and skipped the first stop that we stopped.”
“Been getting breakfast there every morning for about a year now and today was the very first time I’ve been shorted. I’ll chok it up to being busy I guess but you owe me a bacon egg and cheese sammich Monday morning ?? It was paid for this morning but left out of the bag.”

The Mrs went out today and returned the exchange tanks for our RVs original 30lbs tanks.
She said the MGR and owner were both apologetic for the mistake and took great care of making things right.
To US... this is what matters!
Mistakes happen and they're not necessarily bad... it matters more how you choose to respond and treat the person on the other side.
These are the kind of people we WANT to do business with and we'll absolutely return for propane refills while visiting the area.

I drove from Waverly specifically to get two 30lbs propane tanks REFILLED. Had even called earlier that day to confirm I could get MY tanks refilled.
Arrived... paid... waited and somehow got 2 busted AF rusty tanks as an EXCHANGE.
I was SO mad about this situation I had to leave.
My wife called after I got back to our location near Beaver and got ZERO help out the call-back from the manager that was requested and promised.
Now we're going to have to drive 40+ miles to get OUR tanks back due to POOR communications and staff looking for shortcuts.”
