The Mrs went out today and returned the exchange tanks for our RVs original 30lbs tanks.
She said the MGR and owner were both apologetic for the mistake and took great care of making things right.
To US... this is what matters!
Mistakes happen and they're not necessarily bad... it matters more how you choose to respond and treat the person on the other side.
These are the kind of people we WANT to do business with and we'll absolutely return for propane refills while visiting the area.

I drove from Waverly specifically to get two 30lbs propane tanks REFILLED. Had even called earlier that day to confirm I could get MY tanks refilled.
Arrived... paid... waited and somehow got 2 busted AF rusty tanks as an EXCHANGE.
I was SO mad about this situation I had to leave.
My wife called after I got back to our location near Beaver and got ZERO help out the call-back from the manager that was requested and promised.
Now we're going to have to drive 40+ miles to get OUR tanks back due to POOR communications and staff looking for shortcuts.”

“I don't understand how this place is 2 stars. I guess people are too illiterate to read other reviews before going or leaving their own? ?
The lady at the register was extremely nice, and helped us find everything we needed. She even went out of her way to suggest some fresh, hot food. I wasn't in the mood for anything to eat, but let me tell you the pizza and chicken are both really really good!”

“I love right down the road from this gas station. It has coffee, snacks,drinks,hot chocolate, even a cook who makes chicken and many other foods you can purchase. I also like how they having a respectful and nice staff, honestly if your in Piketon,Ohio, and you need to stop somewhere to cool off, this is the gas station to stop at.”
