Advance Auto Parts provides helpful and patient customer service, with employees who are honest and never act like customers are a bother. They can install parts quickly. However, they often only have the most expensive parts in stock, and other stores may have a better selection. Sometimes parts must be ordered, and the employee turnover rate seems high, which can lead to longer waits with inexperienced staff. While service is appreciated, there are instances where a promised part is not available, wasting a customer's time and money.
Super thankful for the staff! Was broke down out of state and they were able to help me get the part quickly. Super helpful over the phone and at the counter.
