“Last night we got the call no family ever wants to receive. My little brother was in an accident on his way home from college, and his truck was totaled.
In the middle of all that chaos, Zavier the tow truck driver was truly a blessing. He helped calm my brother down, got his truck safely to the tow lot, and made sure he had somewhere safe to stay for the night since we were over 8 hours away.
We can’t thank him enough for taking care of him when we couldn’t be there. People like Zavier make the hardest moments a little easier, and we are incredibly grateful.”
“I was at my daughter’s house when the dashboard light came on that said the key fob had left the vehicle. After piddling around with it for a bit, I was finally able to get my car started and drove directly to O’Reilly’s in Piqua where I had the privilege of meeting an employee named Connor. I thought it was probably the battery in the key fob, but I had no idea what battery to buy or how to open the case of the key fob. So, without even asking, Connor took my key fob, replaced the battery and sent me happily on my way. I’ve always appreciated the customer service I always get when I go to the Piqua O’Reilly’s, but Connor rescued me with exemplary customer service! Oh! And I made it home with no more key fob dashboard messages. Thank you Connor!”
