“The 3 gentlemen working there today were all very helpful. The one who I believe is likely the manager not only listened to my issue but then simply did what I think was very fair. I asked if he could do anything for me regarding a purchased part. Without any further information or questions he quickly responded with “ I am just going to refund your money”. And I believe he truly was happy he was able to help me! This is the second time this business has helped me on a questionable issue where I simply asked them if they could do anything for me. Great job guys!”
“So I had a situation arise while traveling through the area that had me stranded for hours with a very small window of finding a solution. I had called other parts stores in the area who offered no solutions and were not helpful. Luckily I finally got to speak to Grant at O'Reilly who was extremely attentive and helpful and quickly went above and beyond to offer several solutions to fix my problem.
