“Fantastic customer service! Courteous, professional, fast, affordable – just great folks to do business with. If I lived nearby K&N would be my shop of choice. I was on I75 traveling from South Carolina to Michigan with my family and needed to make a gas stop. As soon as we hit the offramp at Piqua the “check charging system” warning came on. We filled with gas and found the nearest Advance auto parts hoping it was just the battery and knowing they could test mine and I could purchase one if needed. The issue turned out to be the alternator instead and I was SO not prepared to change an alternator in a parking lot on a sunny, 90+ degree afternoon. Luckily K&N was right next door! I walked over, explained our situation, and they jumped into action immediately. They installed a new alternator and had us back on the road in less than an hour-and-a-half and at a cost much less than I expected. “I wish I could leave these guys ten stars. on a trip from out of state (Mississippi to Detroit), and our catalytic converter failed due to some bad work done back home. was glowing red hot and blew out the muffler; couldn't get it above 20 mph. we were in a real tight spot and these guys got us in immediately, did all the work to get us on the road at a decent price, explained in detail everything they were doing, and made us feel right at home. couldn't recommend these guys enough.”

“Called around to purchase and get a car battery installed. You would not believe the run around I received. One place told me they had one and would install it no problem. Got there fifteen minutes later and purchased the battery and was told they couldn’t install it. Same person I talked to on the phone, refund. Sidney WalMart can’t find the batteries it says they have and calling there is a joke. No one there to answer the phone. Called the Piqua WalMart and received a professional answer right away and he had the battery on the counter holding it for me when I got there. Been there before for tires and it is run like a first class operation. I was done and out in one hour as promised. Always someone at the counter to assist and they text you the progress of the repair. Very satisfied!”
