“Last night we got the call no family ever wants to receive. My little brother was in an accident on his way home from college, and his truck was totaled. In the middle of all that chaos, Zavier the tow truck driver was truly a blessing. He helped calm my brother down, got his truck safely to the tow lot, and made sure he had somewhere safe to stay for the night since we were over 8 hours away. We can’t thank him enough for taking care of him when we couldn’t be there. People like Zavier make the hardest moments a little easier, and we are incredibly grateful.”

“If I could give 10 STARS, I would!! My daughter and I were driving from Florida to Michigan to take her to college and her engine light came on. We just bought this car too! So we happen to pick a random advance auto parts and check the sensor. Get the code, look it up and says don't drive far on it!! I look next door and there is a mechanic shop and I thought, worth an ask? SO GLAD I DID! Without question, He popped open the hood and looked for us, saw the problem, replaced a spark plug that was fried and done. Gave us good tips about this type of engine to care for. What a lifesaver. Everyone there was so amazing and he saved our roadtrip! Thank you so much!!”

“Great experience. Very professional, pleasant, and helpful. It's difficult to find businesses you could trust and don't try to upsell and cross sell you unnecessarily. This is a business you could trust.”

“I would highly recommend Bensman Automotive! My family and I were on our way from Cincinnati to Cedar Point when our alternative went out. We found Bensman and pulled in. They were SO nice and reassuring that they would do everything they could to get us back on the road for our vacation as soon as possible. Sure enough, they fixed our van at a very reasonable price within a couple hours and we were on our way.”

I also sent my 2012 jeep to them and now runs like a new no problems since no engine lights no oil leak.i will use them again”

“Tim and Austin were amazing. Full of information wasn't trying to sell us anything that was not needed. More employees should be like them. The other Auto Care Walmarts were rude did not want to answer any questions just wanted us to come in and spend money.”
