I took my car to O’Reilly’s & the lady didn’t even know where the battery was in my car to test it, so I went around to advanced auto they tested my battery & said it was good but my car was telling me to pull over & leave the engine running. I took it to Piqua battery & Tony went right out tested my battery told me it needed charged & got it done! I will forever be a loyal customer thanks to his knowledge & excellent customer service.”

“Let me tell you about this guy named Larry. You see, we busted a brake line on our trailer while traveling across the country. We went to this O’Reillys to find replacement parts. Larry not only had a wonderful and chill attitude but he went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed. Let me tell you, if you need to find some parts, Larry is the man!”
“So I had a situation arise while traveling through the area that had me stranded for hours with a very small window of finding a solution. I had called other parts stores in the area who offered no solutions and were not helpful. Luckily I finally got to speak to Grant at O'Reilly who was extremely attentive and helpful and quickly went above and beyond to offer several solutions to fix my problem. His finally solution was a very quick resolve. I would highly recommend this store to people, would personally like to thank Grant.”
