I took my car to O’Reilly’s & the lady didn’t even know where the battery was in my car to test it, so I went around to advanced auto they tested my battery & said it was good but my car was telling me to pull over & leave the engine running. I took it to Piqua battery & Tony went right out tested my battery told me it needed charged & got it done! I will forever be a loyal customer thanks to his knowledge & excellent customer service.”
“In town visiting as an Airstream customer and needed a tool. I called FOUR hardware stores looking for items. I got the runaround, misinformation or just ZERO help. O’Reillys on Michigan Street was awesome. The young woman who spoke with me was super awesome, nice and DETAIL oriented. That matters!!! I wish there was an O’Reilly in Leesburg VA!
