“I’ve been with Cricket for a number of years. When I bought this new phone he talked me into a maintenance plan. Earlier this week I stopped in because I had a crack in the screen. Jennifer said they send it in and send me a new phone. I told her it wasn’t that bad. She wanted to look at it. Imagine my surprise when it was just the screen saver. It did its job. What an asset she is to the store. Believer in screen savers.”
