The woman who helped me was very, very kind. Especially when my son decided she needed to hear all about tornados, haha.
She complemented his knowledge and just made the simple task of returning equipment a nice experience for my son. I rarely need to enter this store as most things can be fixed over the phone but I will say if I ever get the pleasure of returning i hope that lovely lady still works there.”
