Solomon Byrd made my visit to Spectrum one to remember.
I took my 86 year old dad into Spectrum to replace an aged router. Solomon was engaging, knowledgeable, and authentic. He took the time to explain the new equipment and then went above and beyond by reviewing my dad's bill.
Solomon's efforts saved dad several hundred dollars by eliminating his landline. While the savings is nice, his genuine efforts left a priceless impression on the two of us.
Congratulations on a great hire, Spectrum.

Horrible service always just one employee working. Wait times are a hour or longer. Employees unhelpful.

The store was supposed to be open at 10. I made a reservation for 12. The doors were locked and no one was there. There was no sign or anything.

I recently purchased my wife a new phone. She went to this store to be assisted with switching phones over and making her own account rather than being on her parents plan. She was assisted by a store employee named Solomon. He told her to go home and do it online and refused to assist her in store. Well Solomon some people would prefer customer assistance rather than being told to go home and figure it out online. Your paid to service your customers and that’s something you failed to do.

After spending 4 hours on the phone with Sprectrum, one representative suggested we go to the local Sprectrum Store in Troy, Ohio, since he could not help us. Solomon at the Troy store found the problem in less than 5 minutes. He had excellent knowledge on both the iphone and Samsung. He then proceded to help us with other issues we didn't understand on our phone. He was able to adjust the settings on boh phones and make the phones more usuable. He also helped us get more monthly data and lower the monthly price. We were very satisfied with Solomon's help.

Idk how many people you guys can rip off getting outta hand so happy other internet services are available you guys are so money hungry And driven to lie canceled my services 4 times just be to get charged again how much money can you take from the people..
On another note I’m paying 120 a month then when I threaten to leave you magically find discounts and deals to get it down to 39.00 a month etc and free this free that it’s just amazing to me how you can rip me off for so long just to get charged at the end for disconnected I get charged 2 times ??????????? I will never recommend you to anybody

Your service SUCKS!! EVERY MONTH MY CABLE GOES OUT AND I HAVE TO PAY ALL THIS MONEY FOR FOREIGN CHANNELS THAT DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH! JUST TO GET 5 OR 6 THAT I DO WANT TO WATCH. THANKS FOR THE CUT RATE SERVICE LOOSERS!!

Solomon was fast and professional. I thought the wait was going to be long but he took care of me quickly. He is a pleasant person and easy to talk to.
