“Easily the cutest baby boutique I’ve ever been in. I’m from northern Virginia just outside of DC and I wish so badly that they had an online store. Everything here was a hit. No misses. Their prices are normal boutique prices but nothing appalling. I also got a few things off their sales rack. Fantastic deals. Definitely stop here! Highly recommend.”

“I love Nayked Apparel. I am sad to read the negative reviews and sad that people have had these experiences. I own approximately 50 pieces of apparel from Nayked and have been a customer for years. Granted, I have not purchased anything lately, since every single one of my pieces have lasted for many years. I, just now, wanted to buy gifts, so I searched for them and could not find their website, but I found these reviews!The quality of their clothing has always been top notch, sizing is consistent and true, and their selection is extremely diverse. And in my experience, their customer service is outstanding. Anytime I have ever needed anything at all, they have been right there for me. They sent me emails asking for feedback. They checked on how I was enjoying my purchases. I cannot express how happy I am with them. I ONLY BUY NAYKED. “The first shift manager is awesome the lady just understands my situation and knows my love of their men's body spray at discount prices! No place else understands that I use an electric bike to get back and forth from work because of seizures, and this manager just makes it super easy for me to stop by on my way to work by allowing me to place my bike right on the inside where nobody will take it ?

“I had avoided this place for a while because the customer service was terrible - and there seemed to be a hygiene issue that customers carried into the dressing rooms that the staff couldn’t / wouldn’t get rid of.
About every two months I’d pop in for clearance because I still like their clothes.
My last visit a few days ago was like night and day. An associate (I’d take a stab and say manager, maybe?) came out to see if I was ok and as the pile in my arms grew she came back around with a bag for me. I was very surprised, to say the least. The last few times I was in there I was completely ignored. The staff in general was more friendly - although when I paid cash it seemed to blow the cashier’s mind.
If there had been a change in management, it’s a positive and long overdue change…”
“I’ve been going to this Zumiez for some time now and it has been a blast! The staff are very friendly every single time I’m in there and it feels very welcoming. I love their board selection, what stands out to me is the support I have received in the skateboard department since I just started and they have been really helpful in my board ventures.
I want to give a shout out to Ivy, she helped me set up this board in the photos and I wanted a specific design and she made that possible and did a really clean job. She is super relatable, personable, and very knowledgeable about skating. I had many random questions and she answered them professionally and accurately. I am very happy with my recent visit, We need more places like this location. Keep up the killer work Tuttle Zumiez!!!! You guys rock”
