“I love Nayked Apparel. I am sad to read the negative reviews and sad that people have had these experiences. I own approximately 50 pieces of apparel from Nayked and have been a customer for years. Granted, I have not purchased anything lately, since every single one of my pieces have lasted for many years. I, just now, wanted to buy gifts, so I searched for them and could not find their website, but I found these reviews!The quality of their clothing has always been top notch, sizing is consistent and true, and their selection is extremely diverse. And in my experience, their customer service is outstanding. Anytime I have ever needed anything at all, they have been right there for me. They sent me emails asking for feedback. They checked on how I was enjoying my purchases. I cannot express how happy I am with them. I ONLY BUY NAYKED. “The first shift manager is awesome the lady just understands my situation and knows my love of their men's body spray at discount prices! No place else understands that I use an electric bike to get back and forth from work because of seizures, and this manager just makes it super easy for me to stop by on my way to work by allowing me to place my bike right on the inside where nobody will take it ?

“I had avoided this place for a while because the customer service was terrible - and there seemed to be a hygiene issue that customers carried into the dressing rooms that the staff couldn’t / wouldn’t get rid of.
About every two months I’d pop in for clearance because I still like their clothes.
My last visit a few days ago was like night and day. An associate (I’d take a stab and say manager, maybe?) came out to see if I was ok and as the pile in my arms grew she came back around with a bag for me. I was very surprised, to say the least. The last few times I was in there I was completely ignored. The staff in general was more friendly - although when I paid cash it seemed to blow the cashier’s mind.
If there had been a change in management, it’s a positive and long overdue change…”
“This is one of the few Hollisters that I actually enjoyed going too! You know what this store has that many others don't, it's got a clean clearance section! I bought a few shirts there too that I'm currently wearing while in the process of making this review. I do want to point out the one gentleman that works there during the evenings, I forgot his name is great with customer service and definitely enjoyed his warm attitude which brightens up the whole store. Too bad I won't be in the area any time soon. It's definitely a decent place.”
“Dylan is one of the Brodies for life now I’ve been out of the skate game since I tore my ACL at my latest skate competition and let’s say I lost my touch. I heard a lot of bad things about Zumiez but I’m here to tell you first hand, Not ALL the staff is a POSER or UNKNOWLEDGABLE. Dylan knew everything from old-school grind King trucks I grew up skating on & so much more and I loved how we just vibed and kicked it and chopped it up about skating the whole time & how the sk8 community was then and now, the vibe was so chill and honestly the cleanest grip cut I’ve ever had!
