“If you're in Union or Madison counties and need computer service, call Plain City Computers.My parents live in Plain City, and I maintain their Windows PC. As I reside in Phoenix, I do this remotely. I've been able to handle most things - until recently when I attempted a full Windows 10 reset. It repeatedly failed at around the 87% mark. Even if I had been there in person, I was stuck.Plain City Computer had strong reviews, but having left their retail space, it's not obvious if they're still in business, so I left a message. Brenda responded right away. Dad dropped the machine off and picked it two days later. Brenda did a reinstall of Windows that I wouldn't have been able to do and then she went above and beyond to make sure my remote access was back online.She's an expert, communicates well, charges fair prices and is conveniently located in her new workspace.”
