Was expecting a package with a printed signature authorizing them to drop it off at the front door. The delivery driver promptly ignored the printed document that was attached to the door and left a note saying they missed us. Customer service simply stated I had to wait for a second attempt.
Second delivery noted they would be arriving in between 10 am to 2 pm. Took time off work expecting they would come, but they were nowhere to be found. I had to work afternoon, so a family member took time off work instead and waited for the package to arrive. Truck arrived by at 4:30 pm, but did not deliver package and simply drove off. Called customer service, couldn't resolve the problem, thus family member had to take the rest of the day off without pay waiting for the package.
The package finally arrived at 8 pm, but it was clearly mishandled the way the edge was smashed in.
So I and a family member lost time from work without pay, package was never dropped off as instructed in the first place, and it was mishandled to boot. All I can say is Fedex is no premium delivery service, and I cannot recommend them in the Columbus region. Too much that went wrong.

I haven't had an on-time delivery in 2025 from this place. Sometimes packages are days late. Every scan - sitting in the terminal, or 11'd during the work week, during business hours. The contractor for our area should hire new people. Im talking to you Scuba Steve Trucking. We are a business that depends highly on on-time delivery and this terminal is not a location we can depend on. As a former driver, delivering in cities all over the country, FedEx should be ashamed of how poorly they do now. I took pride in my job in those days, drivers now clearly do not. This kind of service would have NEVER been acceptable 20 years ago. Delivery due by end of day today, its 4pm, its been sitting in the terminal since 3am, and here we are. This is the fault of both the FedEx employees and the contractor and their drivers. Oh how far FedEx has fallen. If we could choose a difference carrier for our supplies we would. Get what we pay for I suppose.

They do not follow del instructions, cannot speak to a live CSR. Leave deliveries out. We are both elderly. It's not safe for us.

Fedex drivers are the worst!
They've damaged multiple shipments of mine and customer support doesn't help you at all.
I wish more companies didn't use FedEx to ship their orders!

This place is the Bermuda Triangle for packages . My tires were shipped from Youngstown going to Pittsburgh . I have no idea why they ended up in Phoenix, New Mexico and Indiana before they got back to Ohio , where they sat for several days . Called a different location , and they called Plain City . So , they shipped off into the sunset . Last I knew , they hit a GPS point somewhere in West Virginia , and haven’t been heard from since . Good luck trying to to find an English speaking human . The A.I. bot they use is horrible , and will have you contemplating your own sanity . But I’d bet they know where the payment for this shipment went . I will never purchase from anyone who ships FedEx again . Nothing but problems …

I don't know if I trust FedEx anymore, or at least their drivers. One driver blatantly delivered an empty box and tried the conceal the fact that it was tampered with. Of course what's in the box was an expensive laptop. I had to file a FedEx claim and file a police report before they believed anything I said. Can't believe they'd rather side with criminals despite me having security camera footage of the crime being committed.

The only thing you can expect from this location is consistent failure or success at losing your package depending if loss was the intention. At this point sending it here is assured loss. 6 days departed from Plain City, OH. Interesting considering that’s 2 hours from my home

Package made it to plain city and was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. It says package out for delivery since last week and i still haven’t received my package!!!! Terrible terrible service idk why this location is still in business. Do your job better.

I received my Temu package through this FedEx facility. One of them was opened and tampered with. They are shoes I purchased and a FedEx employee clearly tried one of them on. Not only is it illegal to open and tamper with people's mail, but to actually try their purchases on before they get to them is extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. The person did not even bother putting the shoe back properly. This is the THIRD time in the last few WEEKS that my personal mail has been opened, tampered with and TRIED ON by postal office employees. SERIOUSLY? Do people not have basic manners anymore?! Committing federal crimes is a past-time activity to many people now. I literally stopped purchasing things from abroad to avoid this happening to me but it's happened with a local purchase, too. When did common sense become such a rarity?

If i could give 0 stars I would. Packages sit in plain city for days without moving. My package which was supposed to be here yesterday still hasnt moved all day. Place has to be ran by the most ignorant people on the planet. They should be shut down thats how pathetic it is

Their service is literally the worst in the business. Tracking is useless. Customer service is even worse. How is this place still in business? Read the rest of the reviews and you'll see what I mean. This is literally the fifth time in a row where they've acted like a business that knows absolutely nothing about shipping. I've learned my lesson. I will no longer purchase products shipped by FedEx.
