“Miller/Millwest is just about the finest furniture store that I have ever dealt with. I look for furniture that will stand up to use and last. That has been my experience in the past and I know it will be the same going forward. And the delivery process is second to none. Simply stated, you do what you say and you deliver it when you say. The men who deliver are on time, clean and very courteous. I just cannot say enough. Recently I made a purchase from a different store (something that Millwest does not carry) and was told that deli could only be scheduled sometime after 8:00 AM. At 5:00 PM, I called, asking when delivery would be. I was told that my purchase didn’t even make it to the truck . Oops, sorry….. I have total confidence that this would never happen at Millwest!!!”

“I just wanted to take a moment and share my experiences with Joe and with Top Stitch Upholstery.I was looking for someone to re-create the seats and covers for a 1991 Oldsmobile Trofeo. I wasn't looking for someone to just sew in a panel or fix a tear, I was looking for someone to completely re-create the seats as if they were new right from the factory. Joe came through with flying colors.This was a very complex job, and I would imagine labor-intensive. The comparison between the old and the new seats was indistinguishable. Joe was even able to do the perforated center inserts. This is a perforated pattern that was only used in a few cars made by GM. When I originally set out on this project I figured that I would end up with something that was close but; not original. Joe was able to match the pattern and re-create it perfectly. It's not a close match; it’s an exact match.I am thrilled with the results. The seats look brand new, despite being in a 30 year old collectors car. Not only do they look good, they are very comfortable like something that you would find in a brand new vehicle. I couldn’t be happier.From the initial phone call all the way through the entire process; Joe was always prompt, courteous professional, and very responsive. There’s no other way to say it. This guy has a lot of talent, a true craftsman and artist in his field.If you’re looking for someone to be able to do a high-end interior for a vehicle, this is where you need to come.
