I recently lost my house to a fire, so all my stuff was sitting in a storage unit. They helped me take everything from the unit to my new house. They also were able to do it without me being there, which allowed me to finish other work that I needed to do in the meantime. I would highly recommend going with MVM if you are moving!”

“Brian (owner) and his team did receivership, inspection, storage and delivery of our new furniture arriving from a number of out-of-state vendors. They were excellent in all areas, as well as in communication—from beginning to the end of our project. Deliveries came as arranged and items arrived in perfect condition. The delivery guys were prompt, called 20 minutes before arrival and were very courteous and professional. They carefully unwrapped and placed items where requested. They did a great job! Brian and his team were terrific to work with and went above and beyond with responsiveness and professionalism, especially when one item needed to be replaced (vendor’s error, not CEM’s). We are very pleased that our interior designer found CEM for us. We would work with CEM again in a heartbeat. Many thanks, Brian and team!”

“In the process of searching for a cost effective service to help my son ship his household items from Ohio to Kansas I stumbled across U-Pack and am I ever grateful I did! The call with the sales representative was low key and low pressure... which I was so very thankful for after communication with high pressure sales reps at other companies. They showed up when they said they would, the communication throughout was top notch AND the charges were straight forward and exactly what they said they would be... no hidden fees or surcharges!! To top it off, the cost was what would have been paid for a U-Haul and I didn't have to do any of the driving - which meant no gas, food or lodging costs along the way!! Check them out, you will be glad you did!!”
“All My Sons performed a local move for me on Thursday 10/24. Kevin and Evan were outstanding! They were friendly, hard-working, efficient, and personable. They were very careful moving my furniture so as not to scrape or scuff any walls. I would highly recommend asking for them if you use this company. The 5 stars are for them.
What I am disappointed in has nothing to do with Evan and Kevin. When I made my reservation over the phone, the representative I spoke with never said anything about additional costs for tape or other materials. If I had known that, I would’ve purchased items myself because it would’ve been cheaper on my end. Regardless, I would use this company again.”

“The unit upon arrival was not as clean/pest free as advertised. Really should allow you to view units prior to rental as the recommended size for what I have to store barely fit everything and it is stacked almost to the ceiling. Rental process was easy and the app is useful but definitely could be cleaner for new tenants.
UPDATE: Tri Village called and offered me a new unit to correct the situation. Upgraded to 4 star for their effort and care.”
