“Out of all the positives , one stuck out to me ; the cart rolls so sleek on the floor . Other stores , I have to be the most noise because of the super janky buggies. Haven’t then here in years and only visited because of the flash food app( platform that allows you to pick up items at extreme discounts of things that aren’t selling or close to expiration dates, Everything was fresh by the way)The shopping experience was a positive one and I was happy to locate a huge cereal sale & other items at great prices . Checkout employees were helpful to ?, excited to come back thanks !!

“Sam here has the best white peach fruit. I usually buy a few boxes of this fruit every year around this time. I cannot find as same quality as at Morse rd or Dublin location. These are BIG, CRUNCHY, and SWEET. But make sure you have to buy them quickly in the first few weeks before they become soft.”

“I have been coming here for years. As I have barreled stage IV cancer and all my treatments and changes they have been amazing. They all know me and great me, even when walking by. Recently I became cancer free after a liver transplant. I moved all my prescriptions from Cleveland Clinic Adherence Pharmacy to this location. In the process there was a huge error with the insurance. I was needing to get pills I had to have for antirejection and more. The pharmacist was ready to just fill it all and place on discount card and bill my insurance after it was cleared up. They were going to help me more than ever expected. They wanted to make sure I had what I needed regardless. Needless to say the saved the day and they got my insurance cleared up. These people are amazing and they show it everyday!!!!”
“I have been a Sam's Club member for a while now and I've been to multiple ones in the Columbus area. There's plenty of parking at this location! All Sam's Club pretty much look the same, but this location is slightly bigger than some and more organized. Sometimes when you walk in a Sam's Club it feels almost like a zoo and everything and everyone is everywhere. They have everything you need and it's very clean. I haven't had long interactions with employees, but I've never seen them be rude. Because of covid right now, lines are social distanced. They do a great job of organizing lines and cashiers so that the line still moves quickly. I'll be back to this one!”

I don’t mind the occasional longer lines because my meds are always filled in a timely fashion, their app is easy to use, they offer multiple forms of communication, and the staff are always pleasant despite how busy they always seem to be. “I went to the CVS Robert Road location to pick up my Diabetics Medication... I was at the window for few seconds and I had to wait for a while since all the workers or pharmacists were rather busy at that time. After picking up the medication, I shopped for a while and asked a worker for guidance and help... She seemed to be quite new and did not know how she could help... Plus I think English language could be another issue as well... I then waited at the counter for a while because no one was at the counter! It took quite a while for the new worker to show up and help to ring in my items... Well, she had to call the Manager to help her since she was not quite familiar with the computer system... The entire process did take a while.
I am pleased with the overall experience though.
CVS is pretty good in texting me and providing the medications that I need.
I am very thankful that CVS cares!!!”
“There is no better pharmacy out there. I've been going here for nearly 10 years now. They are always so kind and honest. Will take the time if you have any questions. Always going above and beyond. You don't feel like a customer there, you feel like a friend. When I travel for work and have to use a different pharmacy I'm always reminded of how spoiled I am by my home pharmacy at Sam's Club. Every person working there is so friendly. Best I can say is, they aren't like the rest.”

“Josh is super helpful. I was nervous to trust anyone with what happens with my car because I’m a woman and a lot of people will try to upsell me. Josh was happy to help, be honest and super nice and friendly even if it’s something as simple as replacing a car battery.”

The lady Ana Marie went above and beyond to fill my order in which my local Bellefontaine store had for a week and never filled. I was very happy how quickly they took the order and completed it for me so that I could give these as a gift for a funeral.”

“My first stop ever in Columbus, Ohio was a Walmart. I never been and I was attending a conference in the city. Unfortunately, I completely forgot to pack my laptop charger before I left. D'Oh! So as we are driving up to Columbus, i am on my phone frantically trying to find a place that sells a charger that works on my laptop. I eventually found that both one Walmart and one Bestbuy in Columbus near the hotel sells a universal laptop charger that will work. BestBuy's is twice the price... so I go to Walmart. Large Walmart, they even have a Fed-Ex Office inside it seems. I get to electronics and find the laptop charger. Excellent! I find another universal laptop charger that is $10 cheaper than the one I even came for. $22 is definitely better than over $60 in Bestbuy that is for sure! The laptop chargers were unfortunately locked in a display case. This Walmart has a dearth of employees. After searching, I could only find one employee in electronics. The girl working there had several customers in line and at least two other people asking for things locked in different display cases. I had to wait a while to get what I needed but it certainly wasn't her fault. Walmart, though, needs to hire. I had a dinner with coworkers to get to. Eventually I got my charger and went on my way. After dinner, i tried the charger and it worked! Walmart saved my butt and my wallet as I needed my laptop to work as I was a presenter at the conference. Moreover, I still needed to answer any work emails and do some work in between classes. Thank you Walmart!”

“Costco remains a leader among the bulk and big box stores. With each visit, I'm forever amazed by the orderliness of product lines. Costco takes great care to make the shopping experience as easy as possible and even with their attention to detail, aisle after aisle after aisle after aisle of goods is daunting. It's like being a kid and growing up with a wooded park next to your home. At first, the further you go the more anxious you become. In the end, you know every nook, cranny and hiding place. These days (2023) I would caution anyone from going at the Noon hour for this nearby Dublin location. SLAMMED! Every cashier line is open and the self-check out takes some pressure off. But it is a wait to get through it all. Selection - broad! Price - big box so always competitive. Cleanliness - guaranteed. Getting into and out of the Costco parking lot is taxing due to its location on a traffic circle. You get in but getting out? Another story. Costco is good. 4-stars and a cup of patience.”
