“So, this year we decided to skip the cooking and order a catered meal for Thanksgiving. What a great choice it was! We ordered the turkey breast bundle which came with mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and rolls plus two additional sides. We arrived at our scheduled time to pick up and everything was ready to go for the big day. Everything was packaged to go from the fridge, to the oven to the table. Everything was precooked and needed only a warm up. The meal was advertised to serve 8, and the serving sizes were spot on. There were 4 of us, and the meal could easily have served 8. Plenty of leftovers! Would definitely do this again.”

“I have not had pharmacy staff be so super helpful as Tamara and Jasmine since the early 1990’s! At CVS at Target 6000 Sawmill Rd in Columbus Ohio, Tamara once called me back when my chemo brain got confused about how my new plan worked (I’ve had 3 plans in the last 6 months). She was getting ready to close and I didn’t want to keep her over her work hours. She helped the customers standing in front of her and called me back after the pharmacy was closed w/o me asking and we figured it out. I’m on lots of meds and we were trying to figure out 30 vs 90 day fills to save me money. Part of it was having manufacturers discounts in addition to my insurance. Today, she helped me figure out options when my doctor wrote for a compound that my insurance wouldn’t cover. Tamara is so refreshing in this hurry up and finish culture! Thanks for being more customer friendly than other cvs locations I’ve worked with. Way better than Walgreens for sure!! All my scripts will be at this location from now on! Thanks, Tamara & Jasmine for being so patient and helpful!”

“This was my very first time at Avery Kroger location. Goldie, from the meat department… was more than a delight! She gave me and my son a small town, small meat market type of experience! I have never in my life been treated with so much respect by a chain grocery store staff member. They normally roll their eyes, let out a gust of air and act like you came in one minute to close. She gave me directions on cooking temps and time. Completely informative!! Down to adding seasonings to the salmon, which I may add are free! You just don’t hear that word in this day and time! Then checkout!!!! The 3 kids that bagged all my groceries, ran to bag the groceries by the way???? Whoever is running this store, hiring staff, training the staff and employees that are employed at this location… you guys are all doing an amazing job at life!!! Completely blown away with my experience this evening and commend you all! God bless you all and Happy Holidays!!!”

“I started ordering grocery pickup from here after continuously getting rotten and moldy produce from Walmart. The stuff is always ready at your chosen pickup time and I don't get emails/ texts about how the order is running late every time. I have received all of my items every time and if something needs to be replaced or refunded, they let you know before they start loading stuff. Their produce is usually fresh and if I save it correctly it last more than 3 days, their fresh meats and seafoods are pretty awesome too. Honestly I thought shopping here would be a lot more expensive than Walmart, but with their membership card and all of the coupons they offer it winds up being about the same and the stuff is soooo much better.”

“05/03/2023 Just an update I went yesterday and normally things go great they really do have a great team there I went to get some fresh sushi because they now have an amazing sushi bar at this location back near the meats. However the employees where no where to be found. So I waited, and while I was waiting, I was approached 4 times as the employee's relized I was not being helped, and they tried to help to the extent they could. I was never ignored. The sushi employees are not employees of sams it is a third party, so they didn't know when they would be back, so I left after 30 minutes, but they tried so hard and always do.01/07/2023 I visit this club all the time. On my recent visit, I had to return a salad that went bad. It was a Sunday evening, and I waited for 1 employee to get through 4 people to make my return it took almost 40 minutes, which I was a little upset about. Generally, the employees are helpful, and it's easy to scan and go. Unlike Costco, you can use an app to scan everything you need and then just show your barcode without waiting in a checkout line and go. It's incredible how fast you can get in and out. “Great service! I am here from out of town for a family emergency. In the chaos, I forgot to refill a prescription before I left. I had to work with my Dr’s office, my local pharmacy, and Kroger’s pharmacy to get it filled on Friday afternoon of the New Year’s longs weekend. I spoke with Olivia several times as I got steps accomplished and she was super helpful and friendly in helping me get the needed prescription into their system and filled in time.
