“This is a solid spot for grocery shopping. It's probably my favorite grocery store in the area. It's clean, tons of parking, carts are well maintained (and actually sanitized - they have people wiping carts), it has a Starbucks (always a plus), you can mix and match your own beer 6-pack (cool), stuff is always in stock, and they usually have the fancy cheeses that the other grocery stores don't have (major plus). Also, the layout of this giant Eagle just makes sense. Some of the other giant eagles in the area have a weird and nonsensical layout. This one is great.”

“I am a 73-year-old great grandmother and I have went through two total knee replacements, shoulder surgery and sometimes it's hard to walk around and every time I go to meijer's there is a cart there that I can use and I am blessed by them because some stores I go to not to name any. “This has been here a while, so I'm surprised it hasn't been reviewed. I think I've been driving past it for years. I believe there's another Dave's pharmacy in Plain City. It's small, and family owned. The pharmacy department looks busy. I just needed to pick up a couple of greeting cards and health items, and they had what I needed, at reasonable prices. Service was good. There's a drive-through, and a big parking lot. I'll definitely keep it in mind for miscellaneous health items.”

I don’t mind the occasional longer lines because my meds are always filled in a timely fashion, their app is easy to use, they offer multiple forms of communication, and the staff are always pleasant despite how busy they always seem to be. “So, this year we decided to skip the cooking and order a catered meal for Thanksgiving. What a great choice it was! We ordered the turkey breast bundle which came with mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and rolls plus two additional sides. We arrived at our scheduled time to pick up and everything was ready to go for the big day. Everything was packaged to go from the fridge, to the oven to the table. Everything was precooked and needed only a warm up. The meal was advertised to serve 8, and the serving sizes were spot on. There were 4 of us, and the meal could easily have served 8. Plenty of leftovers! Would definitely do this again.”

“Expected.Like any wholesaler discount box store it's crowded, but people are generally pleasant. Prices are what you would expect from this type of retailer and you can find great seasonal deals.We usually buy the club brand for a few things but you're ok buying name brand here too because it's bulk items - the "price per" is usually better than those of grocery stores.This place is nothing special, but go in knowing you'll be in a crowded space getting good deals.”

“All the 1 star reviews are older and there has been some positive turnover in the past year or so. The pharmacists are helpful and accommodating and the staff has improved in speed and customer care. It's worth noting that pharmacists are typically left brained. They know their stuff but we shouldn't expect them to be bubbly.”

“Am Back Home!I have been a customer of Sam’s Club Hilliard Branch for about 20 years, bought several sets of tires for our family vehicles at its Tire and Battery Department.When Josh,my service advisor left, everything changed specifically as far as customer service satisfaction was concerned, that made me decide to move to a farther branch (Sawmill, Dublin).Sam’s Club always takes good care of their customers except the tire department head who luckily left already!Now that Josh Butterfield is back and manages the Tire and Battery Department again, everything is back to normal! Now, am HOME!Josh is a pillar who should be kept here to manage the department, hopefully until he retires!A branch is only as good as the kind of employees they have!More Power Josh!”

“I came into the Walgreens pharmacy some time last week. When I arrived at the counter I was greeted by a petite girl with dark hair (Gabriella or Gabbie?). Very, very sweet girl and extremely personable. I had a few questions I needed answered regarding the Walgreens app, and she was extremely helpful and explained, in detail, how to navigate it. This is a great Walgreens with very professional staff. If you need help or have questions regarding anything Walgreens or prescription related, I suggest you ask her!”
“After going to the urgent care yesterday and trying to get the prescription filled at meijer only to have the pharmacist at meijer have me wait for them to come back and say they didn't have the medication and were now closed (which made it apparent that closing was more important than filling a patient's prescription), going the next day to walgreen's and having the pharmacist go out of his way to check with meijer and find out they cancelled the prescription then calling the urgent care himself to get the prescription and filling it, i will not get my prescriptions anywhere but walgreen's now. The pharmacist went way above and beyond to help me get the medication i needed, and i will definitely frequent the walgreen's store for my pharmacy needs. Thank you, walgreen's, that superior level of customer service and patient care is very appreciated.”

“This was my very first time at Avery Kroger location. Goldie, from the meat department… was more than a delight! She gave me and my son a small town, small meat market type of experience! I have never in my life been treated with so much respect by a chain grocery store staff member. They normally roll their eyes, let out a gust of air and act like you came in one minute to close. She gave me directions on cooking temps and time. Completely informative!! Down to adding seasonings to the salmon, which I may add are free! You just don’t hear that word in this day and time! Then checkout!!!! The 3 kids that bagged all my groceries, ran to bag the groceries by the way???? Whoever is running this store, hiring staff, training the staff and employees that are employed at this location… you guys are all doing an amazing job at life!!! Completely blown away with my experience this evening and commend you all! God bless you all and Happy Holidays!!!”

“I started ordering grocery pickup from here after continuously getting rotten and moldy produce from Walmart. The stuff is always ready at your chosen pickup time and I don't get emails/ texts about how the order is running late every time. I have received all of my items every time and if something needs to be replaced or refunded, they let you know before they start loading stuff. Their produce is usually fresh and if I save it correctly it last more than 3 days, their fresh meats and seafoods are pretty awesome too. Honestly I thought shopping here would be a lot more expensive than Walmart, but with their membership card and all of the coupons they offer it winds up being about the same and the stuff is soooo much better.”
“I have been a Sam's Club member for a while now and I've been to multiple ones in the Columbus area. There's plenty of parking at this location! All Sam's Club pretty much look the same, but this location is slightly bigger than some and more organized. Sometimes when you walk in a Sam's Club it feels almost like a zoo and everything and everyone is everywhere. They have everything you need and it's very clean. I haven't had long interactions with employees, but I've never seen them be rude. Because of covid right now, lines are social distanced. They do a great job of organizing lines and cashiers so that the line still moves quickly. I'll be back to this one!”

“Costco remains a leader among the bulk and big box stores. With each visit, I'm forever amazed by the orderliness of product lines. Costco takes great care to make the shopping experience as easy as possible and even with their attention to detail, aisle after aisle after aisle after aisle of goods is daunting. It's like being a kid and growing up with a wooded park next to your home. At first, the further you go the more anxious you become. In the end, you know every nook, cranny and hiding place. These days (2023) I would caution anyone from going at the Noon hour for this nearby Dublin location. SLAMMED! Every cashier line is open and the self-check out takes some pressure off. But it is a wait to get through it all. Selection - broad! Price - big box so always competitive. Cleanliness - guaranteed. Getting into and out of the Costco parking lot is taxing due to its location on a traffic circle. You get in but getting out? Another story. Costco is good. 4-stars and a cup of patience.”
