“It's a self-storage place. No shade, locked bathroom, and you need their app for access to everything, which is nice. On the pricier side of storage places and out of the way for me, but it's kept pretty secure.”
“Great facility and staff…Margret is great and is very helpful! Entire staff is available and is quick to answer questions. The facility is very safe and is always clean. I used the indoor temperature controlled units for my furniture for a year and everything came out in great condition. Thank you Storage Block!”
“The unit upon arrival was not as clean/pest free as advertised. Really should allow you to view units prior to rental as the recommended size for what I have to store barely fit everything and it is stacked almost to the ceiling. Rental process was easy and the app is useful but definitely could be cleaner for new tenants.
UPDATE: Tri Village called and offered me a new unit to correct the situation. Upgraded to 4 star for their effort and care.”
