“I rented a 10' truck and appliance dolly. When I arrived, the truck was ready to go but there was no dolly. At this point, the dolly was critical since in needed to move heavy washer/dryer up and down stairs. The staff did a great job finding what I needed. Excellent customer service doesn't come from everything always being perfect, it comes from a crew that really cares about the customer and can fix problems when they arrive.
