“The first employee I spoke to David on Friday at the actual office was absolutely wonderful told me everything I needed to know sent all documents and advised me I would receive a text message regarding the lock code. Fast forward 1 day to Saturday still no code for the lock on the unit. Called back and got someone from customer service again very nice guy he stated when we get to the unit to call them back and give them the serial # from the lock and they can give me the code. I was planning to start moving stuff in on Sunday so I needed to get into the unit. Got out to the unit Saturday and called customer service back it was around 3:30 placed on hold then asked to put in my phone number for them to hold my place in line and call me back. I waited and waited and no call back thankfully for us there was instructions and a # to text on the back of the lock to the code as no one ever called me back from customer service at all. So for that I cannot give 5 stars.”
