When they do not have a part at the store in Piqua, they are good about finding a store that is close by so that you may get what you are looking for. Or they have to order the part, in which case you will have to wait for a day or two.”
“Just picked my truck up and the repair looks good. It was a pretty signicant repair. Including door skins and rear cab pillar and a bedside. The bedside was kinda mounted crooked the first time I went to pick it up. I brought to thier attention and they kept it and redid the work which I'm sure was significant. They must have been mad about me not accepting the truck the first time because it definitely wasnt detailed. Dust everywhere inside the truck, in the bed. I like how they handle everything but how dirty the truck was delivered back to me.”

“Had trouble getting my antifreeze cap off so drove to O'Reilly here in town to get help. I purchased the antifreeze and the sales clerk was very helpful in getting the cap off. He stayed outside in the cold with me until the antifreeze was was working in bringing heat thru the vents. I was so relieved. Thanked the guy who took the time to make sure I would be safe & especially warm.”
