They go through your vehicle and do a full inspection.After the inspection is complete, you receive both an email and a text with a link to see all the issues and gives you a chance to select what you want to have worked on.Once they have done all the work they let you know via email and text where they provide a link to your invoice and give you the option to pay.This is like no other auto shop I've ever worked with and I am pleasantly surprised with how easy the process was. I feel like the things I needed taken care of were taken care of.”

I brought the vehicle to Doug Frank and his team installed a transmission in my 7.3 diesel powered dually. The did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it In a time when replacement parts a difficult to come by I was very happy with Port Clinton Ford !! Mike Larcey”
