“I was stressed out about my car. Ryan and Jamie the ones who worked on my car were really kind and generous. I had to make arrangements long distance for them to get my car so that they could work on it. They were really upfront about whatvwas wrong and gave me a price before doing anything! When inpicked go my car Jamie took time to give me tips on some things about it. Thank you Jamie for the knowledge you gave me! God bless and take care! “For starters, Overkill's pick up and delivery service is the cat's pajamas: it saves every golf cart owner from the trouble of owning a trailer to transport their golf cart back and forth for any kind of service issue. They pick it up the day you call and deliver it to your home the day service is completed.
Secondly, their service department is top notch! Our used golf cart purchased from Overkill, had a battery go bad. Overkill warranteed all the batteries with new batteries saving us a bundle!!!

“In town camping at the state park and had the front of my car taken out by another camper trailer lane his spot without enough turn clearance. Mike took my car for a spin and checked it out to make sure it was still safe to drive home, on the freeway, pulling a camper, with my kids. He helped me first thing the next morning, was very kind and made me feel comfortable with his assessment. All for free. Favorited this shop in case I'm ever in town again and need a mechanic.”
“My husband, dog and I were traveling from Indiana to Put In Bay, OH. Approaching Port Clinton we had a tire leaking air. That evening AAA sent us someone to switch out to the spare and we parked the car and went in to the island. I called Premium the next morning and shared what was going on. The gentleman on the phone picked up my vehicle, repaired the leak and put it back on the vehicle. When we returned from our short trip, I just picked it up and we headed home. “I brought my 2001 Ford F-350 dually in. I had someone recently rebuild my transmission while traveling in Nashville. The rebuild lasted 2000 miles. I brought the vehicle to Doug Frank and his team installed a transmission in my 7.3 diesel powered dually.
