The Service team was also amazing, Lizzie was so sweet, very thorough and helpful and I could not be more pleased with where I purchased my vehicle! I told them I am not use to this because of where I previously purchased a vehicle and they made sure to reassure me they will never be like that! If I could rate them 10 stars I would! “I would like to recognize Aden who recently sold me a vehicle at Firelands Toyota. He made the experience very easy for me and in my eyes as a customer he did all of the right things. I drove 2.5 hours to their location and he provided excellent communication before making the drive out there making sure I was well informed about the vehicle. Other dealerships have left me disappointed when I arrived in person to see the vehicle up close but in this case it was exactly as Aden described. He came across as very genuine and personable throughout the experience while having the utmost professionalism.
I would also like to recognize Trey who handled all of the financing and paperwork for my transaction. He made sure I understood all of the paperwork and explained everything I had to sign and made that part of the process easy.
Most importantly, I'm extremely happy with my new vehicle and am so glad I made the trip out there to get it. The whole experience could not have gone any better. Thank you!”
“I took my vehicle to Nick a couple of weeks ago for a light that stayed on. He gave me a quote and when he replaced the part, he gave me a lot better price than what he quoted me. I also had my oil changed yesterday . I asked him about a noise coming from the front and he test drove it before the oil change and took pictures of what the problem was and explained it to me. Gave me a quote which of course was a lot cheaper than what a dealership would charged. He was $600.00 less !!! Very honest and reasonable. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Nick !”

“We took our leased Buick in because the GM computer system said it needed a tire rotation. My wife had the oil changed at the Norwalk dealership where we leased it in late July. Adam said an tire rotation is normally done when they perform an oil change but my wife wasn't sure. Adam searched the car's history and found it did in fact have a tire rotation. So after a couple minutes we were off to breakfast. THANKS ADAM FOR A GREAT JOB 👍”

While I waited he made calls on the spot to find good prices. He sincerely spent time to discuss it is the rutters but not pushing to book. “Was in Sandusky from Texas and had trouble with the rear end of my car while getting to Ohio. When I walked in and told them the issue, they said we’re really busy and we can possibly tell you what’s wrong and that might be all. I received a call the next day and they said it was only the tires. They said we don’t service tires but we’ll take it to the tire shop and bring it back for you and you can pick it up from us. Even being busy, they went out of their way to get the car done in one day and kept us from driving around a city we weren’t familiar with.”

“Our family broke down while on vacation, and I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Calvin at Hiser’s Transmission. From the moment we came in, he went above and beyond to help us. He spent the entire day making sure our vehicle was repaired correctly so we could get back on the road as quickly as possible.
What amazed me most was how much he genuinely cared. He even arranged for a friend to drive us into Sandusky so we wouldn’t be stranded while he worked on the car. He stayed open after hours to finish the repair, all so we could continue our vacation the very next day instead of losing even more time.
The repair has held up perfectly, and thanks to Calvin’s expertise and dedication, he saved us an incredible amount of time, stress, and money. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work and treats complete strangers with such kindness and compassion.
People like Calvin are hard to find these days. If you need transmission work or honest, dependable automotive service, I cannot recommend Hiser’s Transmission highly enough. “We are from Michigan and were driving to Cedar Point. On the way to Cedar Point we couldn’t avoid a broken tire on the road. It bumped the protective cover on the underside of the car and it started dragging. Galloway Automotive was able to get us in quickly and take a look to make sure there wasn’t any more damage. They were then able to put some screws into the underside so that we could enjoy our day at Cedar Point, and then get home safely. Very grateful for their kindness and flexibility.”

“My car was making a lot of loud noises and my car is a 2008 Jeep Liberty. I just called and asked them if I could drop it off. Of course they said yes. Mind you I am a woman and later that afternoon I received a phone call with great news. My car was ready and it was just loose bolts underneath. What a relief. If you want a great group of trustworthy guys I suggest you give them a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed. I couldn’t thank them enough!!”
“I own a Benz, a Toyota, a ford tuck, and a jeep. Anything that happens with these vehicles. One stop does an amazing job taking care of and I also get to keep my arm and leg too.!!!!!
