“I would like to recognize Aden who recently sold me a vehicle at Firelands Toyota. He made the experience very easy for me and in my eyes as a customer he did all of the right things. I drove 2.5 hours to their location and he provided excellent communication before making the drive out there making sure I was well informed about the vehicle. Other dealerships have left me disappointed when I arrived in person to see the vehicle up close but in this case it was exactly as Aden described. He came across as very genuine and personable throughout the experience while having the utmost professionalism.
I would also like to recognize Trey who handled all of the financing and paperwork for my transaction. He made sure I understood all of the paperwork and explained everything I had to sign and made that part of the process easy.

“We took our leased Buick in because the GM computer system said it needed a tire rotation. My wife had the oil changed at the Norwalk dealership where we leased it in late July. Adam said an tire rotation is normally done when they perform an oil change but my wife wasn't sure. Adam searched the car's history and found it did in fact have a tire rotation. “I took my vehicle to Nick a couple of weeks ago for a light that stayed on. He gave me a quote and when he replaced the part, he gave me a lot better price than what he quoted me. I also had my oil changed yesterday . I asked him about a noise coming from the front and he test drove it before the oil change and took pictures of what the problem was and explained it to me. Gave me a quote which of course was a lot cheaper than what a dealership would charged. He was $600.00 less !!! Very honest and reasonable. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Nick !”

“For starters, Overkill's pick up and delivery service is the cat's pajamas: it saves every golf cart owner from the trouble of owning a trailer to transport their golf cart back and forth for any kind of service issue. They pick it up the day you call and deliver it to your home the day service is completed.
Secondly, their service department is top notch! Our used golf cart purchased from Overkill, had a battery go bad. Overkill warranteed all the batteries with new batteries saving us a bundle!!!

“In town camping at the state park and had the front of my car taken out by another camper trailer lane his spot without enough turn clearance. Mike took my car for a spin and checked it out to make sure it was still safe to drive home, on the freeway, pulling a camper, with my kids. He helped me first thing the next morning, was very kind and made me feel comfortable with his assessment. All for free. Favorited this shop in case I'm ever in town again and need a mechanic.”

“Was in Sandusky from Texas and had trouble with the rear end of my car while getting to Ohio. When I walked in and told them the issue, they said we’re really busy and we can possibly tell you what’s wrong and that might be all. I received a call the next day and they said it was only the tires. They said we don’t service tires but we’ll take it to the tire shop and bring it back for you and you can pick it up from us. Even being busy, they went out of their way to get the car done in one day and kept us from driving around a city we weren’t familiar with.”
