“We purchased a couch for our Lake House in Baypoint from Jennifer, easy process, great selection. The real story starts at delivery. Gus, Reece, and Mike called the morning of delivery to let us know a Robin's nest was on our front door, and they were afraid to try and go through. After trying every other option, they were able to go through the front door without disrupting the nest, and get our couch in. Most people would have just given up and charged us for the time. Couch looks great, and couldnt be happier with the communication and follow-through. In the picture below, our couch was the lighter color couch. Looking forward to tons of lounging!”

“Stop by Country House while visiting Put-in-Bay, and I’m so glad we did! From the minute we walked in, the owner and her staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. What really stood out was how the owner went above and beyond for us. She even made a few changes to some of her merchandise to better fit exactly what we needed. That kind of personal attention and customer service is hard to find and made our experience even more special. Country House has a great selection of unique items, and the prices were very reasonable and fairly priced, especially for Island. You can tell the owner genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in making sure everyone leaves happy. We really enjoyed our experience here and will definitely stop by again whenever we’re back in Put-in-Bay area. If you’re visiting the island, Country House is absolutely worth checking out!”
