West Marine Port Clinton offers a wide variety of boating products, parts, safety gear, electronics, and apparel for boaters, fishermen, and paddlers in the Lake Erie area. Their knowledgeable and helpful staff provides expert service for seasonal boat preparation and maintenance. Customers find the staff friendly and very helpful, often going out of their way to assist, though it can be very busy at times. Some note that prices can differ between the store and online. While generally praised for having what boaters need, a specific product was noted to be very stiff. Overall, it is considered a great place for marine supplies.
Ron let me in that store as the first customer of the day! He also noted I could get a $5 credit which I used and was helpful in recommending antifreeze! He was awesome!
