One of there trucks was driving with it's back door open and several packages fell out into the intersection
I tried to contact FedEx for 20 minutes and was unable to talk to a representative or even send an email for review.

They will not take my package because they said they don't have room on the shelf. I don't think this should be listed as a FedEx return place when they won't take returns.

This is a drop off only facility. No help, no customer service and absolutely not full service. Was a waste of time
