“really appreciate this staff, helpful, friendly and gives a solid effort; Thank You! they know how to anticipate the evening rush and work as a team to get to as many customers in an efficient way, even tho they are on a skeleton crew. i needed reports bound with the spiral report covers and they clearly communicated what could be done in the time frame and met the promised deadline. they offer rush services w/fee, for anyone like me pressed for time - very happy customer here!”
“Since they opened, this place is my go-to shipping store. I've done a bunch of business with them at this point, but my experience around a month or so ago is a good example. I had some heavy bookshelf speakers, and they were very accommodating and helpful! They patiently went through several shipping options (double boxing, single boxing, multiple boxes, etc) to try to find me the best price and safest shipping.”

It hard to find good customer service these days but Josh and Keon are a great example of how customer service is done. Both greeted me with a smile on their faces when I walked in . “I'm leaving a review because I have always appreciated my experiences with Staples Print & Marketing, and I want to make sure I start appreciating folks the great work they do. I have used other companies, and they are fine, and Staples is my go-to for quick and simple printing and binding.The staff is always incredibly helpful and patient, even when they are have liiiinnnees of folks. And the number of times they have taken the time to review my document and call or ask questions just to check if they think there is something I didn't intend (orientation; black and white versus color printing) is beyond awesome. They could always just take the order and leave the consequences of any of my mistakes on me.I appreciate that above and beyond, and want to say thanks!”

I called day later to check on the progress of my order and the associate placed me on the top of the list for my order to be picked up. Amazing experience! I will be ordering from them again.”

“9/22/25: Eric is an easy going guy that assisted me with booking the Uhaul reservation.
He informed me that they’re a 24 hour location so you can pick up whenever needed through U-Haul’s guided process.
They carry some packing supplies and have dolly’s if needed as well!!!”

“We were helped by UPS employee, James, today. We had 2 big, heavy boxes that had the same Amazon tracking number. He advised us to get a 2nd tracking number from Amazon so we'd have proof that both boxes arrived. He carried the heavy 2nd box to our vehicle until we can get the 2nd tracking number. We can't say enough good about how helpful he was to us. He probably saved us a lot of money with his advice and help. We can't thank him enough!”

“I’m honestly not sure what that previous reviewer was talking about with the whole “Scary Gary” comment. In my experience, Gary is one of the kindest, most compassionate people you could meet. When my dog passed away, he helped me with some printouts and showed so much empathy and patience during a really hard moment.
I also have a daughter with autism, and Gary was incredibly sweet with her and even managed to make her smile, which meant a lot to me as a parent.
Sometimes one bad interaction can lead to an unfair review, but our experience was the complete opposite. Gary has always been professional, kind, and genuinely caring. If anything, the only thing “scary” about Gary is how quickly he proves negative reviews”

“I had a fantastic experience at the FedEx Print & Ship Center in Dublin. John helped me, and he truly went above and beyond.
I came in with my car completely full of items I needed to ship for work to a warehouse, and it felt like a pretty overwhelming task. John immediately stepped in and helped me unload my car, get everything boxed up properly, and make sure the shipping details matched the information I needed to provide to the vendor receiving the shipment. He was patient, organized, and incredibly helpful through the entire process (and it took like, 45 minutes).
What really stood out was his follow-through. About an hour after I left, he called me to let me know there had been a mix-up with some of the tracking numbers he initially gave me. He had already corrected it and emailed me the updated information so everything would be accurate on my end. That level of care and attention to detail meant a lot.
Customer service like this is rare these days. John made what could have been a stressful shipping situation easy and smooth. Truly a 10/10 experience. If you’re going to this FedEx location, I hope you get John!”
“I went into UPS today to return a photo booth and spectrum equipment. There was only one individual working, KJ, who effectively and timely managed and processed everyone's request with superb efficiency. In a line of 4-5 people I was in and out. He even paid attention to items that people were holding in the line and informed them before they waited that they didn't take the packages their and cordially redirected them to two UPS stores that did. I was highly impressed with his customer serviced and efficiency.”

“Oh my goodness! My experience at the Westerville location was wonderful! Chelsea took care of me immediately, was super accommodating and super friendly, had no trouble completing my project, and had it ready at the appointed time! I will add this about Chelsea… There was an elderly lady who came in to print some copies in the self serve area. This individual was not familiar with how the machines worked and asked for help. Chelsea came out immediately. I was able to overhear the exchange. She was so kind and so patient and so very supportive of this rather lost individual, trying to use technology she was not familiar with. I was very impressed with that! That is truly going the extra mile in customer service! Way to go, Chelsea!”
