Worst decision ever made terrible customer service parts missing from my car when I received it back after repairs been months I’ve gotten the runaround about receiving my parts have never received them. Beware go somewhere else.

After a car accident, I brought my Lexus here. Vicky and Matt were the ones I talked to, and they were both super patient. Once I signed the paperwork, Matt got started on my car right away. He kept me updated every step of the way and was really honest about what he found and what he recommended. In the end, my insurance ended up totaling the car, but I really appreciate everything they did, the support, the communication, all of it. If I ever need car repairs again, I wouldn’t think twice about coming back here.

Worst experience ever. Steve, who had my car for over 60+, kept lying constantly and delaying my car. When I gave him an ultimatum to give my car at a certain date, he gave me my car, which wasn't serviced properly. After doing digging around, turns out Steve had denied the repairs without letting my insurance guy know or myself know. My brakes were rustic due to lot rot because he didn't repair it in time. My life was at stake because my car shaking/vibrating after the repairs and the Germain collision center denied it! They denied mechanical repairs. The sensors were put opposite, so my blind spot sensors were not working either.
The matter is that they had the car for 60+ days and still they couldn't repair it properly and on time.
Additionally, there was a small scratch on the car as well.
Worst Worst Worst! Would not even give 1 star tbh! Liar, not trustworthy, and unorganized. ?

Very disappointed with the service here. Unfortunately I had my car repaired here after a deer accident that damaged the front of my vehicle. They fixed the repair quickly however I have had trouble ever since. I’ve had to bring my car in 3 times since the initial accident for the same problem with the front bumper and it has yet to be fixed properly. The area on the front bumper continues to pop loose and will not form a seal to snap on like it should. They seem to pretend to “fix it” but here I am again bringing it back every couple months. This last time has only lasted 1 month and the worst part is they tried to blame me for the issue going on. The customer service is terrible, the communication with their clients is awful and further more I am still having the same issue with my car that has still not been rectified.

They had my car from January 7 all the way until February 14. They did not secure my car so all the rain came inside my car and flooded my car out with all of my wires my electric seating and then they had to total my car out.
Please, please please don’t ever use Jermaine collision for anything you will not be taken care of. You will not be pleased. The people there have very serious attitudes.

So on 7/19/24 I was referral over to Germain by my service agent at Lexus of Easton, I went to get an estimate on two areas of my car done but was going to pay cash for one damage and the other was covered by insurance. The guy that gave me the estimate stated that it would be completed in one or two weeks. Took the car in on 8/12/24 and got a rental car. I called in to see the progress of my car and I got the run arounds every week. I email the guy and gotten what sound like an excuse one after another about why my car is not being worked on. They had to order a part for the car and he had no ETA on the shipment therefore can not work on my part of the damage,at this point I had to return the rental after extending over 3 weeks. I gave them another week and then I called and still no idea when the part will come in so I expressed to him that I will just pick up my car and to let me know when it comes in and I will bring it back. Then the next day got an email from him that the part was in and it was up to me to continue or I can still cancel the service. So I continue with the repair. Then a week goes by have not heard from him until I called and got Brianna Gingrich whom stated that the guy will be out for a few weeks and she would take over. WHEN I SAID SHE TOOK OVER, she delivered. She followed up with every step of the way and I got my car back in less then two weeks. I was going to RATE them a 0 but because of Brianna I will have to give HER a 5+. Thank you so much Brianna.
FYI if you are having issues ask for Brianna Gingrich body shop manager, she is amazing.

Allowing RACISM within your workplace is DISGUSTING, this business should be sued and shut down. Management at this facility could not be any worse!!! GO SOMEWHERE else as there are plenty of other quality body shops in the area where you will get quality work and treated properly.

So I took my 2024 ford maverick in for a recall. The recall took 2 hours. I was Informed the gentleman who serviced my vehicle opened the door and placed a large dent and scratch on the driver door when entering/exiting. I already waited 2 years to get the vehicle which we received in March. I take it in for a recall it gets damaged and was told this service would only take 3 days. They’re paying for a truck because I’m in need of a truck but it’s now been two weeks and I still do not have my vehicle. I called Last Friday 6/28 and asked about my vehicle. The lady who answered the phone here stated she had no idea about a Ford Maverick. She walked outside and saw it sitting outside. She informed they have not even started working on it . At this time now they’ve had my vehicle for a week and 2 days. And still has not been touched.
