So on 7/19/24 I was referral over to Germain by my service agent at Lexus of Easton, I went to get an estimate on two areas of my car done but was going to pay cash for one damage and the other was covered by insurance. The guy that gave me the estimate stated that it would be completed in one or two weeks. Took the car in on 8/12/24 and got a rental car. I called in to see the progress of my car and I got the run arounds every week. I email the guy and gotten what sound like an excuse one after another about why my car is not being worked on. They had to order a part for the car and he had no ETA on the shipment therefore can not work on my part of the damage,at this point I had to return the rental after extending over 3 weeks. I gave them another week and then I called and still no idea when the part will come in so I expressed to him that I will just pick up my car and to let me know when it comes in and I will bring it back. Then the next day got an email from him that the part was in and it was up to me to continue or I can still cancel the service. So I continue with the repair. Then a week goes by have not heard from him until I called and got Brianna Gingrich whom stated that the guy will be out for a few weeks and she would take over. WHEN I SAID SHE TOOK OVER, she delivered. She followed up with every step of the way and I got my car back in less then two weeks. I was going to RATE them a 0 but because of Brianna I will have to give HER a 5+. Thank you so much Brianna.
FYI if you are having issues ask for Brianna Gingrich body shop manager, she is amazing.

Allowing RACISM within your workplace is DISGUSTING, this business should be sued and shut down. Management at this facility could not be any worse!!! GO SOMEWHERE else as there are plenty of other quality body shops in the area where you will get quality work and treated properly.

So I took my 2024 ford maverick in for a recall. The recall took 2 hours. I was Informed the gentleman who serviced my vehicle opened the door and placed a large dent and scratch on the driver door when entering/exiting. I already waited 2 years to get the vehicle which we received in March. I take it in for a recall it gets damaged and was told this service would only take 3 days. They’re paying for a truck because I’m in need of a truck but it’s now been two weeks and I still do not have my vehicle. I called Last Friday 6/28 and asked about my vehicle. The lady who answered the phone here stated she had no idea about a Ford Maverick. She walked outside and saw it sitting outside. She informed they have not even started working on it . At this time now they’ve had my vehicle for a week and 2 days. And still has not been touched.

I was in an accident abd took my car here. Mr. Blake was good at communicating with me during the process, but when I picked up my car, there was a part that was not properly fixed. I told them, and they supposedly fixed it, but by the time I got home, the panel was coming off again. I left an email for Mr. Blake, but no response. Unfortunately, I will never return or recommend this establishment.

I am only giving this collision center four stars because of Brianna the body shop manager. I took my Mazda to them a total of four times. The first time was the initial repair two other times were to get the access compound off of my car that was left on there and was noticeable.. My contact person was Sam who had me bring my car back
To get the access compound off of my car, which was never done neither time each time he told me it would be done right and it wasn't not until my fourth trip that I went into complain and ran across Brianna who got right to it and got the job done so if you go there, please deal with Brianna and not Sam because he is not responsible he says one thing and it's the total opposite when you get there this time when I arrived, he walked in the garage and never came out. My car wasn't even washed. Let alone cleaned. Thanks again Brianna great job

I don't know, yet, how well they do their job repairing the windshield under recall. They had me come to their shop 5 days ago to take pictures. They said they would call back to schedule the work to be done. NOTHING YET.

I've had nothing but positive relations with the entire Germaine Ford dealership. Everything from buying, service and the seemingly invariable collision/body work.

I had a great experience. Their facility is well kept and in a great area. They provided a fast and fair estimate and answered all my questions. They were able to get my vehicle in quickly and completed the work within the time estimated. Most importantly, they made the boo boo I had them work on completely disappear! Thanks Germain!

I am so proud to have come from a company that personifies excellence in technical quality and great personal involvement in customer satisfaction. I found out the training my former collision department had to pass to conform to the standards of Lexus. This department used to be(back in the day) primarily a Ford body shop and to know it is now has been a state of the art collision center for any type of automotive collision repair.
