“Excellent Customer Service today! William Sicke at the Sawmill Parkway location was the absolute best. I didn't have an appointment but he was able to fit me in FAST even though they were backlogged. I came in riding on a spare tire and the crew was able to get me two new tires to match the two I previously bought a few months ago from them. I wasn't expecting it to be ready so quickly. THANK YOU!”
“Had a brake issue while in Columbus with family. Stopped at the west Powell road goodyear store. They were very professional and did a superb job of getting me straightened out within hours. Top notch group of individuals to do business with....A+++++!”

“Grismer Tire in Powell, Ohio was recommended highly by friends and they were great to work with! They diagnosed problems with my truck and took care of them the same day and at a very fair price! They will now be my service provider.”
