“Service was fast. It has a nice location. The downside is their hours. They have been spotty the past few weeks, and I have had to call before I took my car to get it serviced. The staff can be a little blunt, but overall, it is a decent place to get your oil changed or tires rotated.”

Serenity, Mark, and John were extremely generous with their effort and time. They sweated in the hot sun and even continued working in the rain until they had to wait for the storm to pass.
Yes, it took three people to replace the battery in my mom's car. No, it wasn't their fault. Yes, it went from harsh sunshine to a torrential downpour in less than an hour. No, we're not cursed (to my knowledge?). Yes, I was grumpy (due to the day's circumstances) but everyone was so kind and professional I couldn't stay that way for long!
