“Ahh, the Pullman square game stop, my home away from home . This is my personal favorite GameStop, they (it's mainly a one woman show though (Candace) is very nice helpful knowledgable about all the new upcoming releases and preorders and she treats ya like a friend, definitely someone us gaming nerds can vibe with... This will always be my number one game stop plus I think they have the biggest selection personally, it's where I preorder all my ps5 games most recent being the new dead space which is a very challenging game. But I definitely recommend this game stop!!! They have a little bit of everything for console gaming as well as of gaming and will buy your old electronics.. tablets phones smart watches etc which I believe they all do, and if you are someone who visits any GameStop frequently, do yourself a favor and spend the 15 or so bucks for a year of the pro membership because it literally pays for it's self, i just renewed my pro membership with my points I've accumulated which didn't take slot of time or money to get the points for a free year of the pro membership plus the coupons for discounts are nice and handy (THANK YOU FIR ALL YOUR HELP, YOUR KINDNESS SND KNIWING WHAT GAMES ID BE INTO CANDACE THAT WAY I DONT MISS OUT ON A PREORDER LOL) U make this store!”

Staff was knowledgeable and most of all friendly respectful and polite. Things that customer service lacks these days. I bought 2 phones last night so the real test is how well i get service on my phone i will find out today.”

He is courteous, nice, and ALWAYS willing to help me with anything I need! I very much appreciate him and the customer service he delivers! “Awful lot of bad reviews for years gone by, it seems, but I thought I'd let everyone know things are great at the 5th Avenue location now! I have been a customer for a year and a half now and have never had any issues. These people are very nice, helpful and professional! Yes, you will probably pay more for items thru leasing rather than outright retail purchases. But that is how it works, and everyone knows that! As with ANY business, you will get calls and emails if your payments aren't made on time. You have possession of merchandise you don't technically own yet because your lease is still being paid! Why get offended by that? But if you reach out to them and let them know the situation and that you are going to pay and when, they will work with you without complaint or incident. Be an adult about your responsibilities, and you will have pleasant experience here! This is a wonderful company to work with.”

“It would have been a 5 star review of they had a sign to let people know they have to close for an hour for lunch. I see that as corporates fault. But the guy was awesome, very helpful nice and knowledgeable. I just to make 2 trips is only downside.”
