“Stopped by today. I had a bad day outside of todays transaction. Long story short I stopped in was a little confused and tense and I did apologize right away to the great employee that understood my hard day and helped me trade in my stuff. Tristan was his name. Who ever his boss is needs to know you have a OUTSTANDING employee, very professional but also very related able. Since Champion Drive closed I have been without my go to favorite store. When I walk into a GameStop my goal is a cheerful fun experience. When Champion Drive opened up for the first time Matt the manager at the time told me I was the second or third customer to come in and there was a promotion for the first 10ish people to come in you walk out with a deal and mine was quite a large discount and that's how I got my very first DS and games. That was almost 24 years ago. I have never walked into another GameStop for I had a special bond with that store. Its Sentimental you see. Well Tristan made me relive my first experience with his fortitude and kindness. A taste so to speak of my first time walking into a GameStop. I think Pullman Square GameStop will be my go to GameStop from this time forward. Let me repeat. TRISTAN IS A VERY VALUABLE EMPLOYEE. Please be nice to him corporate he is well deserving of recognition. Thank you Tristan for making my day better and thank you GameStop for making my day so much better!”

“I was in 3rd Ave Cricket Wireless earlier this week. I've been with Boost for years. However my phone broke and Boost offered me zero deals or incentives. I was spoken to by James as I came in the door at Cricket and he was quick to help! It was like talking to a friend. He hooked me up! I'd recommend anyone to go see James at 3rd Ave Cricket. I appreciate all his help and I love my new phone!”

“Awful lot of bad reviews for years gone by, it seems, but I thought I'd let everyone know things are great at the 5th Avenue location now! I have been a customer for a year and a half now and have never had any issues. These people are very nice, helpful and professional! Yes, you will probably pay more for items thru leasing rather than outright retail purchases. But that is how it works, and everyone knows that! As with ANY business, you will get calls and emails if your payments aren't made on time. You have possession of merchandise you don't technically own yet because your lease is still being paid! Why get offended by that? But if you reach out to them and let them know the situation and that you are going to pay and when, they will work with you without complaint or incident. Be an adult about your responsibilities, and you will have pleasant experience here! This is a wonderful company to work with.”
