“The young man who works in this store is one of the nicest people abd game stop employees I've ever met. He was so genuine, nice, professional, knowledgeable, is a great asset to this company. There are a couple others I will do reviews on in their particular stores. This review is specifically for Lucas. Thank you for being kind and professional with a ready smile on your face. I hope game stop appreciates you. I for one do! Don't ever change. Hearing you quote and ralk about your mom in such a resoectful way, she did a great job in raising you!! Kudos!! Now Hunter in South Charleston, WV that came from the store in New Boston could def use some extra training in how to treat customers and their things that they take in to trade. Maybe he could spend some time with Lucas to learn the appropriate manners he so sorely is lacking! I'm sure that would only be a punishment for Lucas tho. Hunter is by far the worst person I've ever dealt with in any Game Stop I've been too in my travels of many states! I did this to compare this best of GameStop verses the Worst of GameStop! I'll be doing a special review today on south charlstons GameStop on Hunter specifically! Stay tuned friends!”

“I wished i could have gotten at least 1 free activation due to the purchase of 2 phones 2 lines but the overall experience was pleasant. Staff was knowledgeable and most of all friendly respectful and polite. Things that customer service lacks these days. I bought 2 phones last night so the real test is how well i get service on my phone i will find out today.”

“Awful lot of bad reviews for years gone by, it seems, but I thought I'd let everyone know things are great at the 5th Avenue location now! I have been a customer for a year and a half now and have never had any issues. These people are very nice, helpful and professional! Yes, you will probably pay more for items thru leasing rather than outright retail purchases. But that is how it works, and everyone knows that! As with ANY business, you will get calls and emails if your payments aren't made on time. You have possession of merchandise you don't technically own yet because your lease is still being paid! Why get offended by that? But if you reach out to them and let them know the situation and that you are going to pay and when, they will work with you without complaint or incident. Be an adult about your responsibilities, and you will have pleasant experience here! This is a wonderful company to work with.”
