“Mae Middlebranch Collision did an amazing job painting the hood on my 12 year old bright red convertible. It was full of stone chips, and showing it's age. Not only does the hood look brand new, but they also brush touched up the other chips on my car. I would highly recommend their work, as well as the great customer service . I originally stopped at the Cleveland Avenue location to get a quote, and they were very helpful and professional in advising me to get the work done at the Middlebranch location (as I could get it done sooner). The repair was for my son's old 2005 Honda Civic, and Chris (owner) spend a considerable amount of time walking me through the options for repair. “Had work done on 24ft enclosed trailer all brake work, (drums, electric, grease fittings, wheel bearings) had a jack installed on front of trailer welded new one on had old one removed. Jason who works at majestic trailer alliance location super nice. Knowledgeable and shanon inside handling the paper part of it was very easy to talk to and explain what all was needed at initial drop off and when cashing out finish product. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend for any trailer work needed”

I started the day by calling him the wrong name on accident but he didn’t take offense to it, it became a running joke the whole day.Before I went in, I called and set up an appointment when he told me he would have the car pulled around and waiting for me, he wasn’t lying like the other dealerships I visited.We went on the test drive and I loved the car. From there he did his best to get me numbers I liked, he wasn’t entirely able to get it down but I spoke to the finance manager who was able to get them to where I wanted. Overall, great experience for me while buying my second car from this dealership! 10/10, recommend.”

Always super helpful when I can't figure something out or have an issue with the wrong part even though it's supposed to be the right part. (We've all been there.) “Andy contacted me about doing drywall in his basement. As we went through all the details of the job I couldn’t help but notice his attention to detail at every turn. When we were finally done with my initial walk-through, I gave him a price that was a little higher than average because I knew the kind of job that he would want. A couple days after I started the job he invited me down to his shop Getz. I have never seen such a meticulously organized clean and well thought out shop in my life, this guy could build rockets for Nassau. I text my younger brother who is a perfectionist while I was in Andy‘s office this message... I found the best autobody guy this side of the Mississippi. The reason I told my brother was he and I don’t let anyone work on our stuff without vetting them completely. From the little time that I’ve known Andy, seen his home , Hear him talk about his family and his values and his Life’s outlook, he’s the first guy I would go to if I had a really nice vehicle and I wanted it fixed right”

“Don't let the size of the place ir the signage on the building deture you. They have a wealth if knowledge and experience and I have known thru others some of the off the wall jobs they have pulled off. Seems to me they will take on any challenge. Met them through my buddy. I had a electrical add on lighting problems on my then new Silverado that the dealership said could not be done. Went to a automobile electrical repair shop and he said could not be done so u brought it to him and he took the challenge on a d got it done better then I expected and what he charged me well it should have been more just for his time alone he spent on it. So I wanted to add more and he got it dine so now I have a appointment to have the same done on my ne 2924 Silverado LTZ plus even more and I can't wait for it to be done and done right after other places says it can't be done so from my mouth I can't highly recommend the place and people enough. Give them a shot you won't be unhappy. Only downside is location and there is not realy any kind of lounge to be comfortable in so if it's going to be a bit plan on leaving and coming back or you go across the street there is a good restaurant and bar you can't waist some time in and the food is goid”
